What a WOW! I LOVE Mountain-Movers! I have placed several orders and I am totally in awe of the great (and improved) quality of the products and the good customer service. For the first time I had to report an issue for one of the products and Julia’s help was so tremendous.
I finally received my order, and the product is of very good quality — the fabric feels excellent and well made. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was frustrating: the package was mistakenly sent to Brazil, customer service was slow and unresponsive at times, and I never received any delivery notifications — the package just showed up unannounced. As a brand that identifies with Christian values, I expected greater excellence and proactivity. That said, I appreciate their honesty in fulfilling the order and hope to see improvements in customer support going forward.
My order was never dispatched, as my track and trace code shows. Customer service does not reply. When ordering here you risk losing your money completely. Faith can move mountains but not answer emails apparently.
