Very happy with the 120cm TV stand I ordered. The price dropped for Black Friday - which was the day after I placed the order - and Mountright refunded me the difference with no quibbles. Recommended seller!

AVOID!!! Purchased via ebay only this company hasn't the sense to package an item to go through a letterbox and their courier left the item on a public footpath. I never employed the courier and don't hold the insurance on the item only I wasn't refunded and item wasn't replaced. My bank are now recovering my moneys. Bad company AVOID!!!

Having just placed an order, I received an email to say there was an error in their stock info, and they were actually out of stock. The alternative date for when stock was due in was no use to me. However, disappointed as I was, at least I got a quick update only a few minutes after placing my order, with a polite and professional explanation with appropriate apologies for inconvenience, etc.

The audio stand I brought was delt with efficiently and dispatched quickly. The only problem with the delivery was DX failed too deliver on the day( Saturday)it was supposed to have done. Mountright and to be fair DX kept me informed about the failed delivery and when the parcel was next out for delivery ( Monday).
As for the stand it was easy to assemble and is very well put together. I would recommend the product. Beware it would stand more solid on a solid floor than carpet.

Absolutely brilliant. A lot of thought has gone into this stand. The way the small parts are packaged in clearly labelled sections is perfect. Very easy to assemble and install. The only problem I ran into was finding out how to remove the fitted table-top stand from my LG TV.

Bought a hi-fi unit which looked great on the website. Prompt delivery, easy to assemble and looks equally good in our living room. I had a query re the warranty which they answered within a couple of hours. Very impressed and would recommend.

Three days before Xmas 2020 my wife fell over in the carpark outside the Kidderminster store badly damaging her head which bled profusely. Before an ambulance was called by Danny, one of various shoppers who helped, Michelle & Debbie, the store manager & deputy, immediately brought a first aid box with padded bandages. In addition, Michelle provided a couple of blankets and a foil like sheet to keep my wife warm, while lying on the cold damp ground.
This action helped enormously as the ambulance took about 30 minutes to arrive. Once my wife had been moved into the ambulance, I offered to return the items Michelle had provided, but she insisted we keep them, even though they were only slightly soiled.
I cannot thank Michelle & Debbie enough for their thoughtfulness, kindness and prompt action to help my suffering wife.
We will be using the store more frequently in view of the support and help we received that evening and recommend others do too.
Many thanks again Michelle and Debbie, you will not be forgotten....!!!

Excellent TV stand. Delivered next day. Everything in perfect condition, no scratches or marks. I had to purchase a new TV stand as my new Sony 49" TV has awkwardly splayed out legs. I wanted to be sure that I was buying the correct size, so phoned Mountright and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable person. It took some time and various measurements to check, but the stand I received is perfectly sized in all dimensions. The Sony TV is very good, but not sure why they have to make it so difficult to find a suitable stand. The Sony I replaced just had a central point and the TV could be easily swivelled. I would definitely recommend phoning to check if not 100% sure about size. The price of £69.95 was no dearer than Amazon, and was very good value. Just one tip when assembling these 3 glass shelf stands - don't worry about it seeming wobbly until completely assembled. Once everything is done it will be fine. Don't tighten the bottom pieces too tightly, and after moving the stand upright it might need another tightening. Just be careful and the end result was rock solid. Many thanks.
