Easy to book
Easy to book, and great prices. This will be the fourth time we’ve booked with Mountvacation, and we know now to look carefully at the written description of the accommodation (number and type of beds/balcony/distance from village etc), rather than just the photos, which can be generic. We’ve always had a great holiday with them though!

The place is in a peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the terme baths are great , however the customer service was a big disappointment, the staff were not friendly or helpful and they barely speak any other language.
The quality of the food was also not great , the included buffet restaurant, wouldn't even provide tab water .
The cleaniness of the rooms wasn't up to a 4 stars standards .
Overall an OK experience but definitely not up to a 4 stars expectations.

I would not recommend booking with…
I would not recommend booking with MountVacation. Their customer service is extremely poor. We booked an apartment and received a reservation number, only to be told moments later that our booking had been cancelled as the apartment was no longer available. Why was it being advertised on their website then as being available? I tried ringing their contact number but it does not work. When I pointed this out to them on email, instead of trying to rectify this, they told me to put this on email or via their chat facility instead. I have been left with little faith in this company.

Dear CollectPlus customer. When you have been booking the apartment it has been clearly written that you are booking "last availability apartment". On your confirmation page and in your email has been written that due to last availability, we need to wait the confirmation from the apartment owner in order to secure your booking. Our main priority is to keep our customers satisfied and we are fully transparent. We haven't touched your card and on last availability some apartments cannot be confirmed. We apologize for inconvenience, but we rather not confirm you the apartment than moving you to another property or cancel after the money has been taken. Kind regards, Yours MountVacation team.
