I have booked room and they confirm my booking and I have payed it. After what they realize that they made misstake in price and cancelled my booking.

Unfortunately, the hotel has run out of double rooms that you have booked and we couldn't confirm you that room at any price. We have been in communication with you via phone and email with the explanation of the situation.
We have sent you an alternative hotel for the same price with better location and aswell larger room in the hotel that you have booked with additional discounts on regular rates. Since you have disagreed with an alternative hotel and aswell with a new type of room in the hotel, that is why we have cancelled the booking and immediately fully refunded you the deposit paid. For better understanding, you have never paid full reservation rate, but only the deposit.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
