Right product, right price

I've bought several recycled toners from M2H. They always exceed my expectations in terms of quality and longevity, and its nice to support a company who are recycling and not charging a premium to do the right thing. I've spoken to them on the phone a couple of times, and they are invariably incredibly eager to please, and they actually listen to what you say!

Very good customer service but needs a little more help on returns

The service in delivering both toners was very good, next day delivery and they both arrived in good order. However when one didn't work and seemed to jam the printer and had to be returned it was nightmare as the swap had to happen at the same time. I had to make sure that I was around to sign for the new toner and for someone to be able to pick up the old one. Perhaps this needs to be looked at. But all in all, good service.

The plastic that they are wrapped in make great slippers :)

I needed to change suppliers at work and this company Mouse 2 House came in at a very competitive price. So I decided to give them a try and the outcome is that they are great. The toners are such a high quality and they are all really well sealed so no leaks.
Yes the plastic packing does make great models or slippers!

Not bad

Delivered next business day as promised. Good idea to show on the website whether a product is in stock. Good friendly service on the phone.
Last time there was a glitch: I got charged for next day but received it later, hence not five star. Went to another, cheaper manufacturer, but this time that one took my order but then told me I had to wait for empty cartridges to come in so they could fulfil it. So, back to mouse2house. Keep me happy guys.

Variable service

In the past I have had a good service from Mouse2house but on this occasion very poor. My card was deducted on the day of purchase and it took them nearly 2 months before they decided that I was due a refund as they could not get the particular printer, Epson P50 , from the supplier. They were always very polite and courteous on the phone but I was the one who had to phone up to find out what was going on. They made several promises to find a replacement product but did not get back to me with one.

faulty re-manufactured ink cartridges

I have bought ink cartridges from Mouse2House sveral times in the past for my Lexmark P6350. All genuine Lexmark cartridges, no problems. Recently I bought re-manufactured cartridges from them. Completely useless! Colours are awful. I have complained twice but have had no answer at all. I guess they call that Customer service.
But I am not giving up - somewhere out there is a Consumer Group who will help me. Fair Trading - or Distance Selling Regulations. I am not going to be ripped off.

No refund issued despite promises after cancelling items not in stock

I Purchased 2 Apple products that where showing as in stock when i ordered with a 3-5 day delivery.
On contacting Mouse2house as my order status had not changed from processing after 4 days, I was advised the products where out of stock and that i should have received a e-mail.
I therefore asked for a refund as i can get the items quicker elsewhere, that was a week ago still no refund i spoke to them 3 days ago and was advised the refund is processing between the two banks, I know for a fact it doesn't take a week to process a refund.
I have a special way of dealing with these pirate companies who feel they can just do whatever they wish.... a county court summons is being processed and i don't need a week, so with court cost's alone costing more than the items ordered this will seriously upset them.

Unacceptable service, faulty products = You lose both your money&time

I ordered printer cartridges from this company. The cartridges were unusable (they spill dots of color all over the pages) and i tried to get the company to replace these. They did never answer, and you cannot get hold of them after your money is gone from your account. I lost both the money and lots of time trying to call or email them - not to mention that I cannot use the product that i bought in the first place. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

This firm is not to be trusted, they have a flaky administration system with intermiitent records of the order and very new unknowledgable staff, pay the extra 1 or 2 pounds to a reliable supplier !!!

Fraudulent transaction.

Completely unacceptable web trading.
Ordered 9th January. Received confirmation of order.
Promised same day turn round on orders.
Now 20th January. No goods received. Company have ignored all emails.
Now considering legal action to recover debt.
