James was great to work with
We were buying our first house and were nervous about a few things however our mortgage advisor James was extremely helpful and advised us along the way on what the best steps were for us and even with COVID being dominant, he was quick to reply to emails and knew what he was talking about. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent, Professional Service
I have just used Move Financial to obtain a mortgage for a house move. I was a little hesitant due to Covid19 and the bad press giving the impression that mortgages were like gold dust.
My experience has been excellent throughout the whole process. Dave was brilliant, giving options and advice and going over and above to get my application submitted in time for an impending rate change. Once submitted I was passed on to my Case Manager Andrena who was knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. She walked me through the application process, giving timescales and setting expectations. The process was smooth and painless and Andrena's communication was second to none, giving regular updates and I was confident my application was in good hands. Overall top notch service and would not hesitate to use again.
