I wanted to update my review. I received a follow call about move safe movers. Wanted to know what happen with my move, they were partnered with another company and were not aware of the issue and those involved were no longer with them. They were able to honor the qualified credit. I really appreciate when business make things right.

They double my bill by leaving out items from the being. Then they broke items and stated they would give me a $100 credit before I realize items were broken asked to have a $500, they told me I didn't qualify and having left numerous emails and phone calls.

Unfortunately, we did not get past the quoting and "pay 50% upfront" stage of the process because MoveSafe repeatedly spammed my email, my voicemail box, and my text messages. Each message was copy/paste or nearly identical with high-pressure warnings of "this deal is only good for today!" which would turn into "I can't keep this discount past the next hour" and then "don't go with other companies that are cheaper!" How am I supposed to trust you to book movers and provide quality service if you won't give me a few hours to make a decision in the first place? To make matters worse, the agent/whoever was my main contact chose to makeup another person as their "boss" and contacted me via that number multiple times. They obviously did not do a great job of keeping their "character" intact because the messages from both accounts were identically threatening and harassing. No thank you.

I cannot express this enough- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It was an absolute nightmare. All of the reviews stating extreme overpricing at the last minute, terrible communication, awful client services, lack of responding to calls, etc. are all valid and true. You will never get a call back from this company, you’ll have to follow up on your own and they are very unwilling to help. I would give negative 5 stars if that was an option. Please safe yourself the hassle and money and use another service.

The bad reviews are true. Below there is a summary of the complaints about Movesafe relocation. They are very fast only for getting your money. After thar everything is bad. Their bait tactics are extreme and total lack of ethics. The first sales rep is very nice and provides a very cheap quote, but after you do the initial payment they start to increase several times. One rep call you to do confirm the initial inventory and tellsyou “ohh that was not in the initial lust, I have to charge more”. Then 2 days before picking up they call you again and go through the inventory and again “Ohh that was not in the list, I have to charge more”. Then the guys that are picking your stuu arrives and guess what? Exactly! “That was not in the list” and yes, they charge you more. From an initial quote of around 2K now is mor than 5K!!!! I asked several times when they do delivered and they told in 2-3 days. Even the person doing the picking up confirms that. I told him, can you delivered faster? And he says no, but 3 days as the most you will have it. Now they are telling me that they will use like a week to evaluate when they can deliver and they have up to 30 days to deliver. They never tells you that in advance even if you ask. I just hope that the mishandling and hostage tactics are not true,but now I expect the worst

2. Delivery and Handling Issues
Reviews often highlight poor accountability once items are in the hands of third-party carriers.
Damaged/Missing Goods: Customers have reported smashed boxes, broken furniture (e.g., snapped table legs, chipped dressers), and missing items.
Lengthy Delays: While sales reps may promise delivery within days, some customers waited over 30 days to receive their belongings.
"Hostage" Tactics: Some reviewers claim they were forced to pay the increased balance in cash or money order before the movers would even open the truck doors to unload.

these 'moving brokers' did not close. they just rebranded to "move safe relocation". i don't know who has trained them on anything, but they are massively unprofessional and will harass you if they happen to get your phone number from online forms. one of their employees was incredibly unprofessional with me and i wrote reviews and now the person claiming to run the show has been harassing my phone via text message and voicemail asking me to remove my reviews because my reviews are impacting their business negatively. which is funny because they have already emailed me and said that i don't have to change my review but they said so in like a dry begging way lol like as if they're fake niceness was going to make me remove it even though my review was warranted and completely fair. stay far away from this company, they are abusive and they are scammers. and as you see below, they have tons of negative reviews. i also made an attempt to review them on another website and the website even says that you cannot review them because they're positive review reviews came from the same ip address meaning that they were creating different profiles to leave their own positive reviews lol how sad and weird. *alert this company has renamed to move safe relocations to avoid negative reviews left for previous company name. evades reviews and harasses people via phone. this company attempts to make reviewing their company impossible (hence they don't have a google listing or Facebook, although if you check Facebook you’ll see many people mention them in statuses that look much like the reviews you’ll find here) and will ask you to remove negative reviews so they can keep scamming people* avoid move safe relocation or it will cost you.

On first call they low balled me. I was also told by Shane that if other companies call me, tell them that I am no longer moving. By doing this, other moving companies will stop calling me. 2 weeks later and 3 days before my move, I was told that I need to pay almost $3000 more. I called customer service and they offered me a $100 refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We paid over $3000 and was told that was all we had to pay. One week before our move they called and said we needed to pay $400 more. The movers showed up and requested $14,000. Of course the rep we were working with, Richard, was no where to be found. Never heard from him again. We had to cancel and rent a UHaul to move ourselves. And no, we did not get our money back.

This was a scam from beginning til end. Im grateful I actually received my items. I specifically asked during initial phone call if my items would be on a semi truck ...was told no. I was led to believe my items would be transported on the same truck not moved around to different trucks. No telling how many times my things were moved from one truck to another. The different movers use different names..who you pay is not who they really are. My end bill was doubled from the original quote. First quote $2200. Get a call to review my items beginning to tell me things are not on thd bill of laden that were initially discussed....like a dryer..addl $400 for more space. Then movers arrive. They up the bill another $1500. Stating that everything will have to be packaged by them and that I still didn't have enough space. Along the way I was scammed out of some insurance money another $200. Now I cant even locate the Move Shield company the check was made out to. In the end I did receive my items. I dont have alot of cherished items. But they broke my grandmother's glass pitcher a glass cup ...its irreplaceable. Do not use this company.

Ive read the reply...I contacted your customer support team during the process and was treated poorly and hung uo on twice during the process...so how do you want to handle this...very unprofessional company

They were efficient, friendly, and took care of everything!

The moving contract company, you all hired smoked cigarettes in my front yard and threw the butts into my front yard and all my driveway. I have video evidence of that as well as they're sorry behavior and the way they spoke with me.I recorded everything. I have the nasty text messages I received from both the delivery man and the original man who picked my belongings up. Move safe is a company of frauds and liars. And everyone will know about it very soon. Y'all think i'm gonna keep my mouth closed, but i'm not.I'm going to scream it from a mountaintop, How sorry this company is. I've filed complaint after complaint after complaint. Your movers that you contracted out broke my personal belongings and were disgusting and rude to work with. Never have I been spoken to in that way by someone who's supposed to be in customer service. Movesafe should be ashamed of itself.And anyone that works for them should be ashamed to work for such a sick disgusting company who robs people

Exceptional service ! They handled our belongings with care and ensures that all items were accounted for. Their communication and set reasonable expectations. This was a stressful move but Movesafe made it easy!

STAY AWAY - FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AND NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.

I strongly advise everyone to AVOID MOVESAFE RELOCATION at all costs. This company uses deceptive bait-and-switch tactics that turned into a month-long nightmare for my family.

MOVESAFE provided a detailed quote after meticulously reviewing photos of our inventory. They adjusted prices for bulky/heavy items and we agreed on a final price. However, they then contracted GENESIS MOVING GROUP LLC (operating as ALL IN MOVING) to handle the actual move.

Once our belongings were loaded on the truck, they completely changed the terms - demanding an IMMEDIATE CASH payment of $2,473 ( MORE than the original agreed price) plus an additional balance of $1,061. They tried to force me to sign a new contract with these inflated prices.

When I refused to sign, they held my belongings HOSTAGE for over a month. They threatened to dump everything back at my old address which I had already vacated.
My family had to live in a nearly empty apartment with only air mattresses I had to buy for sleeping and a cheap improvised table for eating.
My family cried thinking we had lost everything. I had to hire legal counsel to resolve this situation.

Incredibly, when I reached out to MOVESAFE RELOCATION for help, they turned it around and labeled ME as a "difficult customer." They showed zero accountability for their partner's extortion tactics.

Bottom Line:
These are dishonest operators who exploit customers when they're most vulnerable. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartache - choose ANY other moving company.

I've been stressing about my move everyday up until the day the movers came and picked up my furniture and boxes. They did an amazing job and a very quick one I should say. Also another thing was communication, it absolutely relieved all of my stress and worry. Thank you so much MoveSafe.

This company has completely exceeded my expectations by a lot, I can’t put into words how well my move went. Movers arrived on time and finished efficiently.

The price keeps changing and Nicki, told me I could not contact her. When I cancelled the move, she was available in 20 minutes. Also, I am supposed to pay the balance of the move in cash. Has any other customer had to pay cash. Thanks for your feed back!

I hired them to move me locally in Lake Worth and I did not expect much. Some of the people in the reviews overdo it expecting miracles.
My crew showed up early with all the equipment ready to get done to work. Broke down the beds and put them together, disconnected and connected my appliances without a problem, the packed the kitchen and the closets and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again.
