Terrible customer service, the phone number doesn’t exist & I had no replies to the many emails I sent regarding my item being despatched. After being kept in the dark for serveral days, my £450 item turned up. So, glad I got my item but the customer service does not exist with this company.

5 weeks since I ordered item, still have not received the item. No responses to emails and calls are never answered, avoid this seller!

Great litlle company, these guys really try hard at this I dont think people now a days realsie how hard it is to run a small business abd put unfair criticism on Trustpilot without knowing the full facts and appreciating the global economy we live within, anyway I go of point I ordered, I paid, it was delivered what more do you want.
Oh and great guys to buy from or just have a chat with at the London Comic Cons hope to see you this year

Paid for 3 Walking Dead figures on 28/08/21, had to chase delivery date after weeks. Eventually received only 2 of the figures.
I have called countless times, no answer. Sent e-mails, no response. Bottom line is they stole my money, will be taking this further.
Avoid this “shop”

pre ordered pokemon celebrations from them and i have yet to have, i phoned and emailed must be about 30 times now and no response, this is the worse shop i have ever used, so do not use them people!

Truthfully a bit slow to answer emails and had to chase for a reply but besides that was overall really impressed with the service and my purchase! Lightening fast delivery and very securely packaged meaning my item arrived in perfect condition! I'll be buying again for sure! Thanks! 😁

Wish I had read the reviews! Ordered item Nov 20 still not received item 7 months later, no communication relating to arrival (think I've been more than patient). Two emails - no response and the phone just rings. Really bad service. Will not use again

I purchased a Hot Toys Iron Man 1/4 scale figure from this company online. I paid the pre-order in full. Months after the figure was released in the UK I reached out to Moviemania to establish when the figure would be in delivered. They did not reply to any of my emails or phone calls and I ended up having to claim back the majority of the money via PayPal. I lost the £60 deposit which was kept by this company and never refunded. I am just warning anyone out there who is considering purchasing in stock or pre-ordering any high end collectible figures. Also note how this trustpilot is not claimed or acknowledged that should tell you everything you need to know.

Placed an order which they cancelled with absolutely no communication. I tried to contact them and still got no response. Shouldn't trust them with your money. No communication and unprofessional so avoid them and take your money elsewhere.

I’m impressed that they don’t have more good reviews because my experience with Moviemania was excellent as they exceeded my expectations. I bought Red Robin Ikemen figure by Kotobukia, it was released a few years ago and I was quite excited when I received the first version that comes with an extra part. It was a very nice surprise! I’m very pleased with the product and the company.

Ordered a pre-order early last year with the ETA of March 2020, which for obvious reasons didn't arrive on time, which is fine.
What is not fine is the countless emails I've sent them since then asking for an updated ETA that have received no response. This company WILL NOT respond to your emails, they won't respond on Facebook (although they seem to have plenty of time to promote what they have in store on Facebook), they do actually answer the phone sometimes but apparently can't access their online system while in store (?!) so they'll tell you to send another email in to the black void they call an inbox. My only wish is that I had read the other reviews for them before buying.
I'm sure their brick and mortar store is fine, because they can't hide from their customers in person.
In short, save yourself the stress of ordering from this absolute circus and order elsewhere.
If you do decide to ignore this review and buy from them anyway, use a credit card so at least you can do a chargeback after they ghost you.

Don't do it to yourself
Do no under any circumstances order online from this website. I suspect the owner sells stock that he doesn't own, ignores emails and phone calls. Claims he didn't receive any emails yet is able to respond promptly to questions via his Ebay page. Had to file a charge back against him and was successful, others have had far worse. If you are a Hot Toys collector, go else where do not pre order or buy from them. Don't fall for the Covid 19 excuse, its a trend with the company.
