This game has gone Downhill since 2020

i've played this game up til 2024 but check on it sometimes, it gets worse every time i visit

- Its a Toxic Power House, Forums are filled with Sexism as well as trolls

- it's VERY easy to get banned permanently for stupid or false reasons, have had 9 accounts banned on this game, i have never gotten banned elsewhere. You can get banned permanently for stupid or no reason at all meanwhile all the predators, trolls, etc. gets to stay

- Account banned or deleted for over 90 days? Well too bad, They added a new policy where you can't get your account back after 90 days

- Want to change your password because your account fell victim to a data breach? Too bad they removed the ability to do that

- MSP had Stolen peoples Artwork for their avatar clothing nowadays, without any credit or Creators knowledge and consent
Many people have called this out

- They use AI for some of their stuff

- its VERY easy to get hacked, a hacker can just get into your account and steal all your items, that's why i deleted my level 55 account

- The Developers are very negligent with their game, the game breaks within 5 Minutes of gameplay, nothing loads up + Very laggy

- It takes Years just to reach max level, Seriously! there's only a handful of players per server who are at the limit level

Do NOT play this in 2026 or onward, All the recent 5 Star Reviews are just nostalgia blind people, If you want to play a game like MovieStarPlanet that's not a trainwreck nowadays, Play WoozWorld instead

Just wanted to say that one day in 2012/2013 I forgot my password to my account that I had used for a while. I don't remember the username or anything besides that my avatar had rainbow hair, so if you could somehow still bring it back to me that'd be great? Anyway thanks yeah great game!

MovieStarPlanet is extremely disappointing.
I lost my account because of errors in their own system, and despite providing full evidence and purchase receipts, they kept replying with automatic messages.

They are not serious. People spend years building their accounts, and they lose everything in seconds due to MSP’s lack of responsibility.

Their security system is weak, their support team is careless, and they just copy-paste robotic responses.

I will never waste my time or money on this game again. It’s disgusting how they treat loyal users.

They need to fix their broken system instead of ignoring people who supported this game for years.

people on this game and there are some who are too weird 😕 and others are seriously annoying, People don't respect anything when I say that I only talk to boys and it's impossible to restore my account without an email address... they should think about doing something about this.

I liked the game when I was around 10 years old, however the game started to slowly decrease in popularity during 2018-2020 however between 2012-2017, I believe this timescale was liveliest with the popularity of MSP, I believe within 2012-2017 the price of VIP was more affordable then it is now and it was more well-known as it used to display adverts on children television and it was more easy to access as you could type it into the web browser and it would take you immediately to the game however, now when you type moviestarplanet into the web browser it takes you to a home screen where it gives you the option to either make an account or download msp as software onto your computer or phone in order to play it.
Moviestarplanet contains some advantages which include:
Everybody is around the same age group (there are only a few who aren't)
It is rather nostalgic
You can engage with others using any communication part which msp has put into their game.
you can customise your avatar
Disadvantages:
Some players may be a lot older than some individuals who are playing with them via msp
it isn't as easily accessible
if you are on handheld device there aren't as many activities you can do

The game is very broken and does not care about safety. They are several pedofiles and groomers on this game but they decide to do nothing about it.. im only still playing because I have a YouTube channel and will posting more videos until I have gotten enough views and subscribers for my channel. They also Ignore their audience.. we are constantly telling them in their comment sections on their social media platforms to fix the game and also bring back the old features.
They also dont help you get a hacked account back... they only give verified emails their accounts back.
Would not recommend this game to any kid in this generation or anyone

used to be a great game. now the only way you can make money (star coins) is becoming VIP. What a shame.
Since you can't even make money (star coins) theres nothing to do in the game. can't even buy one outfit. how silly.
the game idea itself is wonderful however they made it impossible to earn star coins thus you have nothing else to do in the game.

horrible customer service, ive been trying to get my account back for 6-7+ days and all I’m getting are spam emails telling me that they are “working hard to fix your issue” It’s so annoying I have gotten 3-4 of them.

Avoid this game. Banned me for quite literally having a laugh with my mates on the game, probably using some ‘inappropriate words’. However, people bullying or literal pedophiles on the game don’t get banned???? I spent a lot of money on the game and they took it all from me. Then they think its acceptable to charge me again for VIP over a year later, after being banned. Now ignoring all emails from me and will not refund me my money or remove me from the subscription. Absolutely disgusting.

The title says it all, the game is full of people over the age of 25 who want to date to chat on other apps. Why aren't the MovieStarPlanet staff doing anything about this?

Im being generous here only because I've played this game since 2014. I've quit a few months back but this website has some of the worst customer service ever, they report players for no reason and are money hungry tbh. Its probably the worst waste of money out there, and I don't recommend buying VIP or anything from here. Not only is the game dead asf now, the game was transferred to a downloadable exe instead of Flashplayer for the browser and it runs so trash. I've made friends on here, loved my previous years on the site and have loved the game so much, but the truth is that it sucks now and whoever works in customer service needs to take their job a little more seriously rather than taking the easy way out and banning people for speaking out. Try out the game, but please don't fall for buying any of the VIP, Diamonds, or coins bs.

Worst waste of money anyone could ever spend. they censor random words yet still allow words like bvtthole, buttplay dick, etc.. you can put all kinds of money into it and be the most positive person fighting bullying and racism and they'll rob everything you bought by banning you all bc you cursed yet wont even tell you why they banned you and robbed you of the things you purchased. they took it out of the browser bc it was flash, yet with the desktop version ITS STILL FLASH AND RUNS EVEN WORSE. the game lags like crazy and theyre gestapos. go elsewhere this business is no good at all. oh yea look on discord for cheaper stuff bc t(-.-t) msp

This game is full of pedos, bullies and scammers. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR KID PLAY THIS GAME! As someone who plays this game and has played it on and off for nearly 7 years, literally nothing has changed. Nothing has been done to prevent the amount of pedos and bullies etc. ‘kid safe’ my ass. Nothing happens when you report someone and then you’re the one who ends up getting locked out for standing up to the bullies.

Paid 3 month subscription. Reported a character glitch (no face) and despite 3 chasers nothing done. Customer service very poor to say the least

Not really a bad game, but terribly optimized. The online version is a joke, but when I noticed how slow and laggy it is after I downloaded it? On my gtx 1060? There should be absolutely no lags on a game like this, especially on a high-end graphics card like this. Yet the game runs extremely poorly, I barely can say I find it enjoyable.
