French support ignores official bank proofs - Need help from HQ
I am very disappointed with the French support regarding my account 'Cassandra10Reine'. I have provided official bank statements showing direct transactions to MovieStarPlanet, but the moderator 'Louis' keeps closing my tickets without reviewing my documents
I have all the legal financial proofs that I am the owner of this account. I am asking for someone from the Headquarters in Denmark to intervene and review the files I have sent. The French support is ignoring clear evidence of ownership
