Moldings were shipped fast, color was a perfect match. We couldn't use the nails, our garage had some crazy strong molding around and we had to pre-drill and use screws.

Order was processed very quickly. Delivery was delayed by UPS but this was during holidays and didn’t bother me. Springs were as ordered, fit perfectly and are working good so far. I will definitely use this supplier again.

Product tracking stated item was out for delivery but got notice that transaction was being refunded. Don’t understand what is going on.

It was great to deal with a company that didn't dish out B.S. like many of the other companies do. And when I had a problem with the new remote, Larry gave me advice that immediately worked. I really appreciated that. So many companies have representative that will constantly put you on hold while they consult other people. They don't know what they are doing and are highly incompetent. It was so refreshing to finally deal with a man like Larry from Moving Up Garage Door Company who was highly competent, knew the product thoroughly and was willing to help me find a solution to my problem.
