The garage door weather seal set I bought for the one-car garage was 1/2 inch wider than the set I got for the 2-car garage. The narrower side strips did not fold outward enough for the door to come down behind them. The seal ended up on the inside of the door, totally useless. My installers spent several additional hours creating a backing strip to fasten behind the seal strips to force them outward. Consequently, I incurred additional installation costs. The company has a quality control issue with this product.

Great price and received the new opener very quickly. Very easy to program also. I will be a repeat customer when I need to replace our second opener.

The company who made my garage door wanted to charge 175.00 for the part and service because they wouldnt just sell the part. This company sold me the part for 40 bucks and it took 20 minutes for me to install. Thank you guys

Absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this business. The only positive thing I can say is they ship quickly. I was sent a used part that was purchased by someone else several months prior to me receiving the used part. The paperwork was still in the box from the previous customer who returned it because it didn't work. I originally purchased 2 different parts and have received a partial credit on one and nothing on the second part. The owner is responsible for the refunds I was told but is keeping your money so don’t bother, keep searching for another company! I never give bad reviews without seeing the situation to the end and giving the business a chance to make things right but I have numerous emails proving little response and no answers! I order a part for a garage door opener , after a week and half I hadn't received the part ,so I called the company and left a message that I hadn't received the part. The company returned my call right away the next with an update, the Post Office had lost the package, so another was sent out that day, I received the package in 3 days. The gentleman that I was dealing with was very helpful.
