Good Product at a fair price. The Ideal Door company did not recommend I try and replace my own spring, suggested I buy a whole new "core" (new door with axle and spring). Or, I could have bought a whole new door at Menard's and reinstall it (a great waste of steel, aluminum, time and $300++) Shipped very timely and fit perfectly. You saved me time and money. Thanks.

They made buying replacement springs for my garage door very easy. I didn’t even realize Raynor uses odd sized springs. They helped me feel more confident I would have the correct springs for my door, and the included torsion rods made that even better. (I didn’t have to worry about getting the wrong sized torsion rods). I was able to get the new springs installed in about 30 minutes after they delivered.

We were sent the 2 protectors that go over the sensors but there were no instructions how to install it and there were not screws or bolts to secure it to the wall. To me you got mold injections and charged $25.00 for them and sent them loose in a box. Not great!
