I order a part. They told me it shipped on 15 March. When I had not received 25 March I contacted them and their reply was:
"We were out of this and finally got some in. The order has been shipped but not scanned by the post office. I agree it isn't the best way to ship but since we are the ones that are paying for the freight it is the least expensive."

They pay for shipping? There are other better companies.

I read the other reviews but had no issues at all with my order and overall a very positive experience with Moving Up. I ordered a pair of torsion springs and they were shipped same day and delivered to me the next. I had also contact them via email to ask about correct tensioning as I ordered oversize springs. They responded to the email the next day as well.
I cant speak for the experiences of others but I will say I had a good experience and will contact them again the next time I need any parts.

Do not buy from this company! Ive never had so much difficulty with a company if a package gets lost or sent elsewhere

I am Happy with New garage door opener. It was easy to install.

Item was delivered very quickly. The product could be made easier to install with pre-drilled holes. Nails color matched the color of the material but color came off after pounding the nails with a hammer.

Purchased door stops on Saturday, 8/22/2020 and paid for expedited shipping. Got confirmation first thing Monday morning, 8/24/2020 that item had shipped. Then looked up confirmation number from UPS and showed shipping label had been canceled. Got another email same day, 8/24/2020 with new shipping label with same expected date which was great. Tracked shipment on 8/26 because it didn’t show up and it said the shipper has requested the item be returned to the sender. I called and called and the phone just rang and rang. Sent email - no response. Called at opening on 8/27/2020 to find out. The guy told me that they weren’t sure the items were the correct ones so they recalled them from ups to make sure. I just canceled the order at that point. He put the phone down and was talking to someone else in the office - he said “what a p(r)ik - he just canceled the order”. I stayed on the line and heard them talking to each other. I called back to let them know how unprofessional that was and he said he didn’t say that. He then told me another story that they ran out of the black door stops and that why my order wasn’t on the way. Just so confusing. What’s the real story?! DO NOT BUY THEM FROM THEM! Unless you want to waste your money and be called names when you follow up.

Ordered new torsion springs on-line Thursday 8/6/20. Their representative (Larry) was very helpful and professional in insuring the accuracy of my order and confirmed delivery date
Springs arrived via UPS first thing Monday morning 8/10/20. Install was simple. Would definitely order from them again.

Got my roll-up door seal fairly quick. It fit perfect and after 10 minutes the door was great again. Too bad shipping was same price as the seal...

Aug 04, 2020 AVOID THIS COMPANY: Placed an online order on JuLy 23rd (Sunday) at 10:55A CDT. At 1:07p received email “Your Order has been Shipped” with USPS First Class mail “on 7/24/202” with tracking number. On Aug 4th product not received. Called Moving Up GDC at 877.379.4947 to check order. Male voice informed me they are waiting for manufacturer to apparently backfill the product! Upon which I say, but wait, you sent me email confirmation that order shipped on July 24th. What’s wrong with this picture? Apparently not a thing as his reply was it’s the software ...”that’s just the way it is”. This comment was made in all sincerity as he repeated back to me when I expressed indignation. Unbelievable! How do they stay in business with such incompetence. Order cancelled.

Great product! Looks beautiful on our mailbox. Shipping was fast. I’m pleased with my experience.

The part was shipped on the day I ordered it and I received it within just a few days. Their prices were the most reasonable of all that I could find. If I needed a part again I would definitely use them and I would recommend them.
