Moyustore have challenging kits which are fun to build with clear instructions. Ther customer service is second to none.
I have made the centipede and a scorpion. Now working on the steam punk owl. A great kit, very challenging to build in places but that is why I bought it. Unfortunately I accidentally threw out a sub-assembly that I had completed. I contacted the Moyustore service department. At no cost they sent me replacement parts within a few days that arrived in under 3 weeks. Perfect service for getting goods from China to New Zealand. A great company.

Have been buying from Moyustore for about 3 years. They have a great selection of model kit. Have contacted service numerous times for kit instructions and have always received a reply before the next day. Great customer service. Recently purchased the Mantis kit. Some of the most precision machining I have found. Liked it so much, I purchased another one.
Keep up the good work. I especially like the difficult kits and look forward to purchasing many more.

This is my third order from MoYu. On the second order I had ordered some puzzles that were out of stock. I was quickly contacted by Ms. Sophia. She explained the situation and offered a refund or store credit. I chose refund and had my money returned the next day.
Ms. Sophia was so professional and polite. I was also surprised to have my money returned so quickly. It's just so refreshing to get such good service. In life things happen but how this was handled you have made a loyal customer Ms. Sophia. Thank you.

I purchased their Chinese dragon in November 2023 and never received it, and they don't respond when contacted. scam! scam! scam!

So many puzzles and skill levels to choose from. Great prices and incredible customer service! Shipping can take a few weeks but they keep you informed of the progress all the way until it arrives. I have bought from them multiple times and never a bad experience.

I have always had a great experience with MoYustore when buying models. For the first time recently I had an item ship which was missing a few small parts. I emailed them and they replaced them right away, free of charge. Great prices, amazing models and great customer service. The anglerfish and praying mantis now sit on my desk at work and they look awesome!

I had great experience with product's of moyustore. Every details fabricated with high quality and total view of assembled models is awesome! Technical support of this company is also at high level and time of respond is quite short . Only one thing is should be improved- time of delivery. Delivery time spend 25-30 days instead of 5-10 working days like it should be during speedy shipping .

I order from the Moyustore every year and LOVE their 3D models! They are super addicting!

There was a problem with my order and they handled it extremely well. The costumer support is outstanding.

The products are fantastic, detailed and as described. I have not started to assemble the models yet. However, I was impressed with the detailed instructions, the way in which the models were packaged, in a tools box with each set of items in separate bags, with tools etc...
The lower value products were despatched in a similar manner, presentation boxes, with individual item wrapping etc...
I had an issue with a late delivery item, once I had contacted MoYustore, they quickly resolved the delivery... I look forward to building the models.

GREAT customer service !!!! I originally ordered 3 puzzles. One was sold out. Moyustore contacted me, and I changed the order. After receiving my puzzles, I found the instructions for 2 of them were missing. I sent an E-mail to Customer Support, and WITHIN 15 minutes had the instructions in an e-mail. I don't know how they could have done any better. I will definitely be ordering more items with Moyustore. First rate company

My order was overdue, but this was quickly resolved after making contact with Moyustore. Sophia did her best to keep me informed of any progress.

For approximately five years I dedicate my free time to solve 3D metal puzzles.
So I have been a customer of several businesses that are dedicated to the distribution of this type of hobbies.
Among all, Moyustore, is the best, for its prices, delivery on time, seriousness and especially customer service.
All companies need customers, but satisfied customers, satisfied customers who return to buy more and Moyustore has that something that makes me prefer and refer them over others.
I think that if someone has the same hobby as me and has not experienced with Moyustore, they spent more time and money than necessary for their favorite hobby.

Post-Apocalyptic Jumping Spider Spider 3D Metal Puzzle Kits:
After waiting several weeks contacted moyustore about my order. With the excuse of delay in production, from then on, the box arrived relatively quick. Nevertheless, when I opened the box I found 2nd hand material, photocopies of the instructions of an other similar spider model, 3 parts were missing and there was one spider leg that was already made. The excuse of delay in production is definitely a lie. The spider model itself looks great!
