All the models are amazing and durable. Very entertaining and a good pastime for all ages. I have a couple of models and they are still in good condition. Will definitely buy again and look forward for more models to come! 😁

Packages arrive perfectly. If a part is missing, which can happen, the support is quite quick and answers after a day at the latest.

the models themselves are a unique eye-catcher so far all my friends have been enthusiastic about them. I can recommend without hesitation.

I would like to say Sophia from the Moyu store has been very helpful in picking a model kit. I end up deciding on the scorpion and the soon to be released rabbit! I can’t wait to get started since she had been very detailed on recommending these kits!

The Steampunk Seahorse, consisting of 2,100 pieces. All the components fit together smoothly, and the manual provided a multitude of design options. The manual included in the box was well-written and easy to follow.

This dragon is very cool, the workmanship is very delicate, I like its color very much, this is a very pleasant experience, I highly recommend everyone to buy it, I really like it

My brother bought me a 2000 piece metal puzzle as a gift. It did not come with a manual. So I contacted customer support to ask for one. They said I could get one on Facebook,I do not have Facebook.
They said they could not send a PDF file of it because it was too big.
They tried sending a link and when I clicked the link it did not work it just says access denied.
And upon the last email after the link was saying denied they are now ignoring my emails.
I cannot put this 2,000 piece puzzle together which was a gift without some kind of instructions and I feel terrible because my brother spent $300 on it.
The only thing you need to do to be able to improve on this is to be able to attach the manual with a PDF file as simple as that.
Honestly if I can't get a manual I will be telling my brother to never waste his money on your website again.

Awesome model... it's been a while since I've had a challenge. Love everything about this purchase. Directions easy to follow. Hardware quality is outstanding. I ordered the octopus holding the galaxy. Finished product looks awesome. On to the angler fish next. But if you're on the fence and like models give this a shot. Worth the money. You won't be disappointed.

I bought the blue tooth robot and during assembly, I accidentally damaged a circuit board. I contacted customer service and Daniel agreed to replace it for me at no additional charge. The robots design is very good and the metal parts are nicely finished. I highly recommend this company and will order from them again.

I checked this site out at first to ascertain if it’s a genuine Moyu authorised dealer and according to the Moyu site, this one is so I decided to buy two 2020 cubes. Fast free delivery! Arrived well packaged with fantastic freebies. I’m very happy with my purchase! Thank moyu store!

Great company for cubes. MoYu store mostly sells MoYu cubes and older YJ cubes when YJ used to own MoYu. Their service is great. The free shipping uses DHL and it's quite fast. I've ordered a few times now and every time the order arrived quickly. They even threw in a gift in two of the orders. Highly commend the company.
