I booked a transfer for my family, including two children. I booked two car seats. The website does not ask the age of the children but states the car seat is for children aged 1 - 5 which is pretty standard for a toddler car seat. While in the air, they attempted to contact me to ask the age of the children. At no point, even two days before when speaking with them, did they ask. In the end they determined on their own to send a vehicle with no car seats - even though I paid additional for this service. The vehicle was an Uber and not a taxi. The driver offered to take us anyway but that would have been against state law and invalidated insurance. We could not take the risk. Mozio claims it is not their fault and refuses to correct the issue by issuing a refund.

On the way to the hotel, the pickup at Istanbul Airport was chaotic. However when in the taxibus everything was fine and the chauffeur was very good and friendly. On the way back it went very smooth and we are very happy that we could use your services. See you next time!

Big car, could easily have 7 big luggage. Each size is 29 inch luggage. The Driver standby 15 minutes before the departure time.

We had a fantastic experience with our Colombo Airport drop arranged through Mozio and executed by Taxi Bazaar. From start to finish, everything was handled very professionally.

The Toyota Hiace provided was very well maintained, clean, and spacious, adding to the overall comfort of the ride.
