Your response is disappointing and does…

Your response is disappointing and does not reflect fair customer service. This was a simple one-day booking error, and all flight details were already provided in advance.

I was traveling with my family and children, and your team’s refusal to assist or offer any alternative placed us in a very difficult and stressful situation. This level of service is unacceptable.

While I understand your policy, the complete lack of flexibility in such a minor case feels unreasonable and misleading.

I am requesting a fair resolution, whether through rescheduling, credit, or appropriate compensation.

The ride didn't happen

The ride didn't happen. I cancelled it with the provider, but Mozio wouldn't credit me. Mozio customer service team hid behind a "policy" and didn't really try to evaluate a specific situation even though I provided them all the info. Honestly, I'm very disappointed that the customer service team wouldn't make an exception considering this was cancelled with the provider at the 24-hour window when the provider and I realized I had booked for the wrong day (I booked for 1 day later than intended). The provider and I realized the issue a few minutes before 24-hour cancellation, but I wasn't able to cancel within Mozio.com as I was dealing with a situation where I had to quickly find an alternative transfer. I contacted Mozio to work with them on the credit within 1 hour of 24-hour window while I was in a taxi on way to my destination. I guess the positive is Mozio responded relatively quickly to tell me they weren't going to help me out. Not the way to wow or win over a new customer that spends thousands per year on transfers. Very disappointed. At the very least, Mozio could have offered a partial credit since I never used the $350 transfer, and the provider had 24 hours' notice. I guess it was easy $350 for them.
