The team at Mr Carpet were just easy to work with and provided excellent quality work inspite of painters and builders working in the same house at the same time. Four rooms and two flights of stairs in half a day. No fuss. Fitted to a high standard. 👍

I have used Mr Carpet in Munster Road Fulham for over 25years although my last dealings with them was 9years ago. Staff have all changed but the experience has not. As usual they were a pleasure to deal with the fitters where on time and did a great job. All excess carpet was removed and area cleaned. All I needed to do was quick vac, Cannot praise this company enough.

I couldn't be more happy with the final outcome of Mr.Carpet's services!!

Mr Carpet Fulham Road have recently supplied and fitted the carpets in my newly purchased flat. John was the initial contact in the shop and he gave great advice and recommendations.
The fitting was delayed as the chosen carpet was out of stock, but communication was excellent and I was happy to wait an extra couple of weeks.
The carpets have now been fitted and I am delighted with the finished result. I would definitely recommend Mr Carpet.

I used the Mr Carpet Fulham branch for the first time. Not only did they have moth-proof woollen carpets with life-time guarantee (I could not find these in any other carpet stores that I visited), but they gave very good service and price. The fitting team were on time, very efficient and put the furniture back exactly as required.

This is the 3rd time I ve used Mr Carpet in Fulham and this time I went in with a designer sample from a very high end brand hoping to achieve something similar. John went above and beyond and found a better quality product for me at half the price! It looks incredible and the fitters (Martin and his team) went above and beyond to make sure that perfection was achieved with a refreshing 'can do' attitude.

I have used Mr. Carpet in Fulham many times and they deliver 100% each time I deal with them. John is super professional and efficient, even when I throw him a new challenge to source a carpet which we used many years ago on my stairs and needed replacing on the landing area only. He did it, of course and I will only use their service. A pleasure to do business with them.

Mr Carpet East Sheen charged me double of what another local supplier charged for the exact same carpet, no breakdown provided on their quote so they can rip people off.

I emailed them back following their quote to ask for a breakdown as was totally surprised with their ridiculous quote, it was a lot higher than 3 other quotes I got. Still have not heard back from them :(

The manager has no customer service skills, he was always short with me even though I was extremely polite to him.

Please do not go to this place, they are clearly only interested in ripping people off.

From start to finish Mr Carpet Fulham have been absolutely brilliant. I needed carpet pretty urgently for 5 bedrooms in a new house and John and Pete and the whole team made sure I had a fitting slot, a measuring visit, a carpenter to shave the doors, a wide range of options and help with the choice, and a willing and friendly service throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them 100%.

The Fulham branch has been very helpful from start to finish, listening to what we said we wanted, making appropriate product suggestions, allowing us to take samples for comparison purposes and advising retention of existing quality underlay to save us money.
