Mr Carpet Reviews 

We recently replaced the carpets in our home using Mr Carpet on Munster Road, Fulham. It couldn’t have gone better: phenomenal service all round. Everyone at the shop was enormously helpful - chasing samples from various suppliers and helping us choose the right carpet for our needs and budget, measuring, quoting and advising us on how best to tackle the project (our house is furnished and I was worried about the logistics) etc. During the two-day installation, the fitters were incredibly efficient, super competent and lovely to work with - expertly manouevering the piano and other stuff so the carpets could be laid with minimal fuss. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and so glad that we went with Mr Carpet. Enormous thanks to John.

Dom and Paul, two of the fitters, are punctual, polite, friendly, unobtrusive, skilled and fast-working. And they leave everything immaculately. We are delighted with their work and with our new carpets throughout our home.

Thank you to Oliver, John, Paul, Martin & son. Lovely people who provided a very good service from beginning to end - from selection to estimate and fitting. Spent over an hour in the shop trying to come to a decision choosing from a wide variety of samples. But Oliver and John were patient, helpful and gave good advice from their vast knowledge, experience and expertise. From Paul who attended at my home to provide an estimate to the fitter, Martin, I had no complaints. Every discussion was followed up in writing and the written estimate was very clear to understand. They are a great team with a good sense of humour and I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Super company to deal with. Everyone , without exception is extremely helpful and personable and nothing is too much trouble . Even when I had placed my order then subsequently changed my mind over the colour of the carpet they were empathetic and understanding and more than happy to resolve this. The fitters were extremely hardworking and a delight to have in my home . I would definitely recommend Mr Carpet.

Generally good work fitting and the quality of the carpet is great. Very friendly at the shop, gave me a few samples to take home and try.

The best prices and advice I had gotten! Compared to few local shops and online carpet services, Mr Carpet was the best. I really appreciate all support and help with my emergency re-carpeting. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends.

Great carpet for the bedrooms and an incredibly beautiful runner for the stairs. I had a specific look and colour in mind and Oliver and John in the store on Munster Road were really helpful. A bit of a wait for it to be templated, cut and the edge whipped but the result is outstanding. Thank you.

Having work done your house is often a nightmare – not so with Mr Carpet. I was replacing the carpet on the stairs landing and the entire upstairs. John D came to my home, measured up and produced an estimate. He immediately gave me a sense of confidence in the company. John C in the store helped me with matching the paint colours on the walls to the perfect colour of carpet. At every stage John or Jack was there to answer questions and set up the time for the fitting.

After a month of redecorating and fitting a new bathroom, the day finally arrived to have the carpet fitted. Alan arrived at 8am on his own, his assistant had called in sick. Alan was a Star; the job went extremely fast and was done to a very high standard.

It is not easy to find companies who instil confidence and deliver on their promises. I can highly recommend Mr Carpet in Sheen……….. superb job all around. Thank you all very much.

Thank you for the team who recently fitted my lounge carpet so well and were incredibly helpful with moving the furniture I wasn't able to move.
