I was a subscriber to this place when they very first started. Was quite happy until the 3rd box didn't arrive.
I emailed the company - explaining that I never received the box. There was much back and forth with the company via email - with the owner (whom I was corresponding with) saying its just a small business and they couldn't send another out to me.
Well I was young and naive at the time and after trying to battle with the guy for my money back or a replacement box, I accepted fate and gave up. I never received my money back or a replacement box, so I promptly cancelled my subscription.
Now.. the name of the company has come up online and refreshed my memory and not only am I older and wiser, I know the power of online reviews. Awful ethics when they first started - doubt they'll have changed now. I would have continued my subscription with them if they didn't try to do me out of money. Shame.

I subscribed to their once a month sweet box. All was well until after about 3 months I could no longer log onto my account. I sent 5 emails to their customer service team and got no response whatsoever. However I didn’t worry too much as the payment was being taken out at the right time each month and the sweets were still coming. Then after about 6 months for 2 months in a row the payment was taken out of my bank account but no sweets ever showed up. I couldn’t log onto my account to cancel the subscription, no emails were being replied to and non of the phone calls I made ever got answered. In the end I had to go to my bank and get them to block the company from taking money from my bank account.

Basically their subscription box service is a massive scam and they have no customer service please never sign up to their subscription services.

Lovely sweets but delivery takes ages I ordered stuff on the 5th April it is now 27th April and it still hasn’t arrived

Fast service but overpriced for what it was. Otherwise would've been 5 stars.

It was my first time purchasing from Mrbigtops and I was very disappointed, by the quality and the amount of product that I received, for the price of the product.
I wouldn’t recommend Mrbigtop to anyone nor would I buy from them, again

I loved this product and service/delivery was great. However I was a little disappointed when it arrived as was a lot smaller than I was expecting for the money. Due to size of the product I would probably not reorder. However, contents were fab.

Selection of sweets received varied considerably to those advertised so slightly disappointed. I received love hearts, pink choc hearts, pink choc pigs, mini teeth, mini milk bottles, mini strawberry milk bottles, strawberry foam hearts, strawberry bon bons, strawberry marshmallows and jelly lips. Delivery can also take two weeks.

Nice sweets, but delivery took ages to come.

Great presents and the kids love them. Something a bit different to what they normally have.

This is excellent, such a good choice of sweets! Also you get six in a box when I thought I’d only get four different sweets! Woo!
I have this set for twice a week, but I just get them both on Friday. If they were spaced out like one on Tuesday and one on Thursday it would be so much better!

5 star great service again and fast delivery

I go to the letter box too find a box of mr big tops selection box it's like waking up at Christmas. When you open it you get 6 different bags of sweets all taste like they are fresh all in all fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Good selection of sweets and you don't know what your going to get so is a nice surprise and the kids loved it would recommend it to everyone e

Red cherry lips
2x chupa lollies
Cola bottles
Boiled butter sweets
Rainbow drops
Jelly beans
All sealed in their own bags so completely fresh and very very tasty!!
Delivery was really quick and I'm very impressed with the packaging - very retro, I would definitely buy the boxes as a gift for family and friends and also as a treat for myself :) xx
