Booked on Mr Grand for Hyatt Ziva Montegobay. Received a voucher straight away after I booked. Call the hotel to make sure they have the reservation, they did. Went to the hotel, smooth check in process no issues and also got a room upgrade.
Overall great service, and best price for a hotel on the internet.

I used MrGrand to book a hotel in Mexico. The rate was better than the conference rate of the hotel and MrGrand helped me immediately when I asked for a confirmation from the hotel. The answered the same day, contacted the hotel and I received my confirmation soon afterwards. I never experienced such a good customer service on other websites. Highly recommended! I would use it even if slightly more expensive for the good customer service!
