Kort sagt. Mycke enkelt och bra bokningar genom hem. Men mycke dåligt att inte har mer önskemål man får skriva till. Ofta stod den kings bed/ duoble bed. Jag vill önska till typ. Hight floor, no smoking, checking Time and more more. But never hv is very bad. Every Times' come To check in hotel hv problem bcos The room i wish is finish. Bcos i cant make My wish in My booking how hotel can make My wish better. Must think for Customer mrjet. Mycke irriterande varje gång!!!

It was easy to find alternative flights using Mr Jet web site. After choosing, booking was easy.

I had to translate everything to English. (site, forms, email, booking mail)
Do you have English version? (I could not find)

Very good website for booking flight ticket and package. I trust it!

I am using MrJet for many years and I was almost never (perhaps single occasion only) disappointed. The service is efficient, helpful, easy to contact if necessary, no hidden charges.
The only drawback which makes me looking at other booking sites is limited range of flight options.
At the same time, very useful thing is option for single way trip and flexible dates.
Last but not least (although it might appear insignificant) is ability of the software to recognize sloppy spelling of destination, which is decisive when you try to book using keyboard with e.g. no Swedish keys.
I would recommend this service for everybody.

Very simple to find and book flights through MrJet and when comparing to other sites or airlines directly the best price I keep getting is always the same as with MrJet and here I get them all served at once.

I used booking via MrJet several times. It was easy and worked well. I recommend it to all who wish to find a convenient flight.

The booking procedure was good and I got a good priced ticket. BUT a bad error was made. The ticket was for a return to Orlando Florida from Stockholm Arlanda. This involved 2 flights, one with BA to London and the second from London Gatwick to Orlando. However the booking reference for the BA flight which was given on the e-ticket was not correct! I tried to find my booking on BA's site (manage my booking) but failed to find it with the booking reference I had received. I was then forced to contact Mr. Jet and then I was given the correct booking reference. Think of the problem I could have had if I hadn't bothered to check this out before arriving at the airport!
