I ordered 2 500ml of hand sanitizer on the 18/3, £64 was taken from my account on the 20/3
Still no confirmation email or hand sanitizer has shown, really upset that this has happened in a time where we are all worried about every little penny and the health of our loved ones, that someone can do this, I’m appalled.
Have emailed and no reply

Like everyone else on here, I placed an order for 3 hand sanitizers. The £88 was taken from my account the next morning (i ordered at night) but no e-mail confirmation and when I tried to set up an account to track my order it didnt go through - now left with no order reference and judging by everyone elses experience no hand sanitizer. Disgusting at this time

I placed an order for 1 bottle of Zidac hand sanitizer on 18/3/2020. No confirmation email was sent and I have no order number. I have sent three emails to Mr Pets but there has been no reply. Money for the order was deducted from my account on 19/3/2020 despite no communication at all from Mr Pets and I am now contacting my bank. Do not buy from this company - use a reputable one!!!

Ordered 3 bottles of sanitizer at £32 a bottle- order No.#000040442 17th March 2020 26.24:45. Said shipping 5-7 days.
Mr. Pets RomseyGB took payment on my card on 17th March with note..posting date 18th March...nothing received yet. Very disappointed.

I have received a reply from a lady named Sue. she asked for order numbers but did not say how i could get them to her. i have emailed them previously to customer services. if she reads this the numbers are 000040453 and 000042211. it will interesting to see if anything happens. I, like the correspondents below have placed orders, received confirmation and heard nothing. i have tried emailing their customer serves but with no reply. i have not checked but i assume they have taken my money. There surely must be some legal process whereby these people can be taken to task. i shall be looking inot it, and visiting the site of where they say their company is located.

The Mr Pets website shows that the trading company is number 52700, with registered office Kingsway House, Havilland Street, Guernsey, GY1 2QE. This company was dissolved on 28 January 2020. This can be easily verified by searching for the company number on the Guernsey Register (greg.gg).
So all of those people like us that have ordered and paid for hand sanitiser and not received it will be left out of pocket.
It's a scandal that individuals behind this business think that the current crisis is an opportunity to rip people off at their time of need.

No response to my countless emails but happy to take my money!!!
No product. And no refund. No confirmation email. Nothing.

I ordered 2 x sanitiser a week ago as they claimed that there were in stock. No news of shipment and once I created an account with them after the order, my page shows there are no orders????? Payment already taken via my credit card....
What do I do? Nobody is answering my email or answering calls...

Corona Virus scam
Do not order from this company. They are taking advantage of the current lack of hand sanitiser in the country. They are showing stock and in fact you never see the product delivered. £32 for a 500ml bottle. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you don't get this virus 😷

Received product later than anticipated but it did arrive. So I'm beginning to think they are simply overrun with orders. As mentioned elsewhere maybe update your website to mention delays might be expected....

As with many other customers, I ordered this over a week ago and received no confirmation email, or reply to my enquiry as to when it would be delivered. Judging by other people’s experiences I would be surprised if it comes any time soon, if at all. I wonder what is actually in the bottles, which it seems are not sealed? They were certainly very quick to take the money from my account!
Surely there is some action that so many dissatisfied customers can take against these scumbags who are taking advantage of the misery and desperation that has taken over all our lives.

27th March update
I received a very courteous apology from Mrpets in response to the above, and today my order arrived, unsealed, but maybe this is not necessary.

As with all of the most recent reviews, I wish I had checked before I purchased.

Clearly taking advantage of the current situation surrounding COVID-19, charging £32 for hand sanitizer - no choice, I require this for work, so I had to order it. Like others, no email confirmation; luckily I took a photo of the confirmation page on the website after I'd placed my order, so I have a confirmation number. It hasn't been a week since my order yet, so I am keeping my fingers crossed I will receive it soon, however I'm not holding my breath. I have emailed, but no response as yet.

More worryingly, reading the reviews regarding this company setting up recurring payments, I have spoken with my Bank and lo-and-behold, a recurring payment facility has been set up.

I've seen a response from this company on here stating this isn't possible, but I can assure you, this has happened (unless HSBC Premier are also lying...?!)

Response to Mr Pets:

I have since had a response to my email asking to confirm delivery address (which was all provided on the website at time of payment). I have in turn responded to your email and requested confirmation of my order and delivery timescales - no further response received from yourselves. Please respond to my email and confirm as requested.

I understand the current climate might make it difficult in communicating, but numerous people are complaining about the same issues (no email confirmation of orders, recurring payments being set up), which I don't think has anything to do with the the issues we're all facing? These need to be addressed without delay.

Money taken, but item didn't arrive.

Take no notice of my username! that’s what you get when your son uses your google 😬 ... Ordered hand sanitizer received no confirmation email and when prompted to set up an account for tracking, I tried but it failed, so I have no reference number and my orders just vanished into thin air. My husband is a farrier and is still working so needs to take all the necessary precautions but he’s running out of hand sanitizer. I shouldn’t have fallen for this scam! But I was willing to pay as so many people stockpiled it’s near impossible to get anywhere! They have taken the money from my bank also! I will be emailing again but by reading the rest of the reviews it’s a high possibility I won’t get a reply so I won’t hold my breathe!!!

I am waiting for my parcel that I ordered over a week ago. I received no confirmation email. They haven’t replied to my email. They do not seem to have a telephone number. Money has been taken from my account. I don’t understand. Save yourself the bother and don’t order from here

I ordered hand sanitiser in March this year, just like probably thousands of people did at the same time. I knew that demand must be enormous in current circumstancies but needed company that I can trust and Mr Pet shop never disappointed me. I knew I will have to wait probably a little longer than usually. I was so pleased to receive all my sanitisers as ordered, well packed and I receive emails before it was delivered to me. Price is good as well... compared to other (mainly ebayers who are abusing our desperate situation) Can't thank you enough MrPet. So pleased that I have my sanitiser now.

Like others on here I made the fatal error of clicking and buying hand sanitizer through them out of necessity. I should have realised at the time it was a complete scam outfit as there was no option to pay via PayPal which normally I use for all my online transactions as it offers protection if you have any issues.
No email to confirm my purchase, no response to an email asking why I hadn't had one. It was only then after reading all the reviews I realised this was a scam.

To make matters worse I have just got off the phone with my bank and these scum had set up a recurring payment to try and take more money off me in future without my knowledge

I dont not want your product thank you. Guessing the fraud team at my bank are lying then are they? Repeat payments had clearly been set up

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my hand gel order. There had been no response, email or bank withdrawal, since placing an order. Then a tatty package from Huboo in Bristol arrived with the goods and my bank had paid the exorbitant 32 quid. Meantime a friend had asked me get some hand gel so I sent another order. My bank has paid the money but no delivery (yet). I'm being charitable in thinking that they are very busy and I must be patient. Charitable or foolish?
Huboo's phone number is 07773213123312, at least that's what's on the delivery label.

Communication is shocking, however the products have arrived within a week and all is well. I tried to contact Mr Pets however there is no phone number, no answer from email or Facebook messenger after I wrote to them with worries regarding these reviews. No response but the products arrived. Also the prices were ridiculous but I needed hand gel for our office.

This is a scam, don’t buy from this supplier.

The hand sanitizer never arrived and despite sending several emails and messaging on FB, I have not heard anything.

The payment has been processed and interestingly the payment was processed for reoccurring payments, thus mean this supplier can put through future payments.

DON’T ORDEE FROM THIS SUPPLIER AND IF YOU HAVE CONTACT YOUR BANK TO MAKE THEM AWARE TO MINIMISE FUTURE PAYMENTS FROM BEING TAKEN.

Profiteering from the Covid19 situation by selling 500ml of hand gel for £32. Disgusting.
