I ordered x3 hand sanitisers and was immediately worried after reading such terrible reviews. I did receive a confirmation email (it was in my junk), and have had no problem on that side of things, but the product has just arrived. There is no safety / security seal (you can just unscrew the bottle) and the bottles are not full which does concern me. At £32 a bottle, it’s a bit much but I’m just glad the order arrived!!

Received my 500ml bottle of Hand Sanitiser today. Expensive at £32 but only place I could find some in stock and for peace of mind I was happy enough to pay this price. It’s a really good size and means I can fill up an empty small bottle for taking out with me, I was worried I might not receive it due to having read some very negative reviews about the company and it almost seemed too good to be true that someone had hand sanitiser in stock but I needn’t have worried. Arrived 6 days after placing order but that included a delay with DPD the carrier.

Profiteering from the Covid19 situation by selling 500ml of hand gel for £32. Disgusting. I hope you go bust.

I bought 2 hand sanitisers 500ml from this company as like most people I was desperate as I had elderly parents will health needs. I paid £32 for each which in itself is disgusting. However I’ve just received them and there is not safety seal to break and there is about 1/8th of each bottle missing. I hope they have made the money from taking advantage of this situation as after this they do not deserve peoples custom.

Scandalous company. Selling 500ml hand sanitiser for £32!! Trying to cash in on the current coronavirus situation. Shame on them! Best avoided like the virus itself.

I have received the hand gel this morning, 18 March 2020
I have given 4* because I have not tried the gel yet, I did not receive an email confirming my order had been received and I did not receive a reply to my email.

I placed an order in November which arrived and all fine. This week I received an order confirmation for the same order which I did not make. I have now emailed them three times, left messages on their Facebook and Twitter pages, but no response. I have contacted PayPal to say not to pay anything to them. I can find no phone number for them to contact either. I am assuming it is an error, but they won't reply to me so how can I tell.

No item, no communication. Nothing. Have raised a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Have received a response to this review from the company today ( 25/3/20) saying this lack of communication was due to current circumstances. My order was placed in January, well before any of the current situation starting having an effect in the UK.

Used these twice before for the same product and apart from no response my items have arrived.
Not this time though. First thing is that you do not receive any email confirmation of your order, so you are left wondering whether or not your order is confirmed. Best way forward is to register an account with them, and you can see your order progress. My order is still processing after 4 weeks. Always use PayPal then you can claim a refund by opening a case against this company.
No telephone number and they do not answer your emails.

Ordered and paid for 2 pet beds from them 3 weeks ago have had no communications despite emailing, messenger and instagram messages and no sign of a delivery. would not recommend

Ordered goods on 8th Jan which they took funds out str8 away. No response to emails or ANYTHING. Opened up a resolution dispute with PayPal. No correspondence from this company!!!!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dreadful company, ordered arthriaid for my dog...got hormone treatment for horses have emailed, phoned, tried facebook. Absolutely no response do not buy from this company.

I wish I had read this before ordering. I placed an order and have not received it. I can't find a phone number but they don't reply to email. All I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I am amending a one star review I posted 2 days ago. My item has arrived and is in perfect condition in its original box and well packed.
So all is fine.
The downside to “mr pets“ is the non communication. Payment was taken immediately by Global Pet Supplies T/A mr pets.
No confirmation of order.
No response to 3 emails during the 7 days before receipt of my order.
No response on Twitter contact
My item finally arrived from a Technology fulfilment company in Bristol. So I guess the 3 parts of this Purchase system can get very confusing and communication breaks down.
Having said this. It appears this is a reliable company selling items with good prices and free postage and buyers can make their own choice whether to buy from them or not. I hope this feedbck been helpful. My star rating is to appreciate the quality of goods and the buying experience which was a bit worrying at the time.

DO NOT use this company. Awful communication i.e. no reply at all. Ordered a dog coat, no confirmation email, no goods, next stop trading standards. You have to wonder why these people bother to try and run a business in the first place?

I have just started receiving emails from Mr Pets again so it seems that this company has started up again Seeing as I did not receive the order I placed around the beginning of the year nor did I get any explanation as to what was happening and did not get a refund either Luckily I had paid by Paypal they tried to find the company and could find no trace of them so they gave me a refund thank goodness
I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this company I would never trust them again

Do NOT use this company. I ordered tablets for my pet online but never received the confirmation e-mail confirming my order even though credit card statement showed they had taken the money, So I immediately tried to contact them using the Contact Us link of their website, no reply. I tried e-mailing them too, no reply (couldn't find a phone number on their website to ring?). After 10 days I ordered the tablets with another supplier, which arrived the following day from Vet Pharmacy. Exactly 2 WEEKS after I placed my order with Mr Pets I get an e-mail stating they have just been dispatched, no explanation as to why it took so long. Over 2 weeks passed since I received the dispatch notification, but no tablets have arrived yet. Diabolical customer service in terms lack of responses to customer queries.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

AFTER SECURING A REFUND FROM MY BANK I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS
