We’ve used Mr Shifter for 3 house moves now as well as for storage. The guys work incredibly hard and nothing is too much. Really nice guys who respect your property and go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them.

At relatively short notice Mr Shifter moved us from North Yorkshire to Northumberland. The guys arrived early and had everything loaded within 2 hours. They were respectful of our belongings and of the neighbours in the street. Met up with them again after the 2 hour drive - they were waiting for us and then they unloaded everything into each room that we requested. No breakages at all and they even took apart and reassembled the wardrobes for us. Clothes racks were very helpful too. Great guys and a fantastic experience from start to finish. Mr Shifter Removals was really excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly to our initial request with a visit and quote. On the day of our move they arrived promptly and packed everything (including plants, and a heavy piano) seamlessly. Also, at our new property, items were quickly placed where we wanted them, and nothing was broken!

I wasn’t moving very far and did not have too much to move. The lads were so very helpful and polite. The whole was done very quickly and they were very respectful of my belongings

The team were friendly, efficient and professional. Did a great job packing, and coped willingly with the large number of plants in heavy pots. The whole quotation and booking process was very smooth. There may be cheaper ways of moving, but probably none better!
