Fantastic. I really didn't think I would be giving a 5* star review for Mr. Site given the old site builder & look of that, but the new platform ,think it's called omnibuilder is smart clean & looks... See more

Superb service from Ian
Superb service from Ian. Professional and friendly. Cant speak too highly of the service.
Poor quality boring and bland
I find these meals bland nutritionally poor quality full of modified starch and sugar and am grateful I am not dependent on them. The best thing was the two mini wines.
Crap....
Exactly the same for me as other people. Site just dissappeared with no warning. Tried to access my email and get a message telling me either user name or password not recognized. Given previous comments, I'm not even going to waste time chasing it. Plenty of other inexpensive providers out there with thousands of satisfied customers.
Mr site, TSOHOST Shopblocks & Miribase took…
Mr site was fine until TSOHOST took over .. end June 2020 my website “disappeared “ - I contact TSOHost to be told they’re no longer hosting mr site websites & I had been given a months notice ( sent to wrong email address & not received) & they didn’t have back up - I would have to build a brand new website from scratch !!
I had also just paid for a years hosting .
It’s absolutely scandalous & they’ve done it to hundreds of us in the middle of a pandemic.
I was then contacted by SHOPBLOCKS ( Miribase ltd) who said they had an arrangement with tsohost & could copy my old website within a week ... guess what !? 9 months on & £1000 lighter , I STILL have no website !!
We need to band together!!!- I’ve had no business & no income for 9 months whilst still paying rent & rates on a warehouse full of stock I cannot sell ...maybe watchdog would be interested?!
I will raise this with ombudsman & meanwhile set up a Facebook page where we can band together...
They shut down our 2 websites and…
They shut down our 2 websites and stopped all access to our emails a week ago. As a full time business with 6 employees we rely on our emails for customers orders so we have had no orders for over a week now and will be forced to pay off all our workers as this is costing us £5000 per week. Having just come through Covid, to be hit with this, with no advance warning is criminal especially as they took our annual renewal from our bank 10 days before they shut us down. We have been going for over 20 years and I just feel like packing it all in now.
I think we should get together and start a class action against them.
I have just found out TSO are ultimately owned by GoDaddy and are £13 million in debt, interesting.
Came out of the blue.Been a customer…
Came out of the blue.Been a customer for past decade. How can they be allowed to get away with this.No right of redress,no refund.shameful
I’ve had two websites with them for…
I’ve had two websites with them for around a decade. The online support is practically non existent. It takes days to get a response when you raise a ticket and even then, the response doesn’t always answer your questions with any degree of clarity. They gave me hardly any notice that my websites will just shut down, haven’t offered any refund for the amount I’ll have effectively overpaid and then had the cheek to invoice me for a renewal next month! Disgraceful business conduct in all levels. I’ve moved to Godaddy and I wish I could turn the clock back ten years and have done that in the first place.
TSOhost - even worse than Mr Site - no stars if I could!
I agree with Darren Samuels. Mr Site email has been very problemmatic and just didn't work today. Four hours (FOUR HOURS!) later on Live Chat I find that TsoHost are getting rid of Mr Site platform. I didn't get the email - although giving people one months notice is nowhere near enough time. I have two email accounts going back literally decades. Haven't the first clue how to archive that lot and don't know how to forward to a new email account. Then, they casually slip in the fact that my website will need rebuilding aswell. Absolutely disgusted. I am beyond apoplectic about this, and in the middle of a global pandemic aswell. Great. Thanks a lot TSOhost - you don't even deserve one star for this.
Which way to turn when you are still ill ??
We have used Mrsite for over 20 years. But sadly have found loyalty has no loyalty in return. So sad, too bad !! We were paid up in full until December this year. I was quite ill with Covid and actually only received an email on 18 June 2020 telling me Mrsite was no more by tomorrow !! We are a small business and make a small income from advertising via our website. I am in complete shock, Moreover trying to leave an honest review for Mrsite or worse still for tsohost is extremely difficult. Trying to get through on the phone is even more tiresome. But I have found it harder and difficult to leave negative reviews for these 2 companies. I feel I have been scammed and left with very little. So unfair during a pandemic. I am writing to everyone to ask if something can be salvaged for the victims of this scam. Channel 4 seem to be very interested. Send them your story. They simply can't get away with this or can they.
A disappointing end to a long time together.
We had satisfactory service from Mr Site for a number of years. A month ago they notified us that they would be closing down at the end of June. Since then our email has been partly inaccessible, and it has been a major time waster to relocate our substantial email archive elsewhere as there is no facility for bulk forwarding. And during the transition inbound email has not functioned. A disappointing end to a long time together.
Totally awful company to deal with with…
Totally awful company to deal with with no replies to emails
Been a customer for 10 years
Been a customer for 10 years and had problems in the last 6months culminating in now unable to send any emails at all! It fails to recognise the send from address! I have just paid for the year as well and its utterly useless to me now.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
Totally unable to sort out problems in a timely manner.
I've been with Mr. Site for almost 10 years. 6 days ago the interface between my site and PayPal ceased to function - my customers are receiving a 'no token passed' message. Bottom line is that customers may shop on my site but are unable to check out - losing me revenue for every day this problem remains unresolved. This seems to be totally lost on TSOHost who tell me that the fault is being investigated by their 'developers', who do not work weekends.
Come on, TSOHost, show some kind of urgency. This is not just an annoying 'bug', it's a problem which renders my site totally useless.
Used to be great now TERRIBLE
Used to be great now TERRIBLE! I have been a Mr Site customer for over 10 years. I have 5 websites hosted by Mr Site, and used to tell everyone how great the product was. It was recently taken over by TSOHost and has gone down hill dramatically. I had an issue earlier this year with one of my sites displaying poorly on mobile devices. The product i pay for is supposed to be 'mobile friendly'.
After a lot of time on the helpline and escalating the issue higher and higher a tech support guy told me that a decision had been taken not to upgrade the platform further. This means that it will get more and more out of date. Although advertised as 'mobile friendly' in reality it is selectively mobile friendly and often does not display correctly on many well-known mobile phones. I am now left with 5 websites that I will need to migrate to another platform, costing me time and money. I am not happy, and they really don't seem to care. I think this is just a ploy to get Mr Site customers to go elsewhere so that they can focus on their other products. They really do not seem to be interested in this self build product any more.
Terrible!
I had a terrible experience and after giving them one star, they requested TrustPilot to remove my bad review after I didn't supply the original emails between me and the company for "proof" that I was actually a customer of theirs.
I'm glad to see that they have not managed to remove all the bad reviews and it's not surprising that many other people have had similar experiences to me.
I asked for my money back during the period that they claimed you could get your money back. Got this woman on the phone who just stated that they would NOT be giving my money back and there was nothing I could do! I expect that they will instruct TrustPilot AGAIN to remove this review unless I spend hours digging out old emails - I have them somewhere..
Mrsite used to be great but since being…
Mrsite used to be great but since being taken over, the rates have increased, they sent harassing daily emails about renewal, when it wasnt due for over 2 months and then they charged me twice and i had to spend time and money getting a refund. i used to recommend but absolutely not now.
Me too
Me too, I've been with Mt Site for 20 years. Got 4 sites with them. Problem started last September 2017, when their drag and drop didn't work properly. Took them 7 months to fix of my harassing them after they dismissed me declaring it had always been like that (shooting to the top of the page at every attempt-It hadn't). No compensation. Then they transerred to Tsohost in the last couple of months, and I cant access any of my sets to edit. I've raised a support ticket - nothing, cant even see that. This seems to be the same problem I experienced with Easily.uk - they moved to a new portal and you couldn't access your account for a month, which for an ecommerce site is not funny. I had to rebuild my site with another provider and I'm fighting to get my money back from Easily, since I(d just renewed it in March, and the portal migration went belly up 12 May). They finally resolved the disappearance by allowing me to log in into my account from the old portal. Too late! Mr Site is starting to look much the same. Leave you hanging on the phone for hours in the hope you'll go away. If its not fit for purpose they need to be taken to the regulator, tantamount to fraud.
Do NOT touch them, totally corrupt company
I have used Mr Site for several years with no problems however several months ago I cancelled my web site only to find last month when it would have been renewed they took £127 from my bank account, I have emailed, phoned and received endless excuses telling me they will pay it back on the next payroll day which of course never happens, there are good web site hosts out there, this is NOT one of them
a big mistake - stay clear!
My experience of Mr Site was Ok in the past - they were helpful and the site was very easy to create and edit - but the site itself was very limited for working with images It was hard to produce something that looked really good. Also it did not have useful things like an order page linking to somewhere else to fulfill an order - however it was cheap and easy to go in and change
However in the past few weeks Mr Site is damaging my business - I cannot load images and now my website will not publish at a very important time of year for me when I am running events - and it has been impossible to get technical support - most of the contact details on the site are incorrect and I have just received a number of fob off emails in inaccurate English without any technical support or resolution of the issue, live chat does not work and there is a helpful message (not!) to inform customers that they no longer use the technical support company that is on their link which says 'technical support' so I have a website there that is out of date half edited - hardly the face I wish to show the public!! So my advice is stay away from Mr SIte
This year - year 4 renewal has risen by 100%!!
Up until this years renewal I found MrSite easy to use and a good enough hosting platform for my business. In 2016 I renewed for 2 years at an agreed price of £120 plus VAT - when my invoice came in for this years 2018 renewal the price has gone up to £130 for 1 year! This website was originally bought for £40 for 1 year hosting etc 3 years ago.... I understand that inflation happens but not by 100%. Trying to gain some kind of resolution is impossible with promises of a call back or email - no call back and email doesn't answer by query and request. Last time I renewed I was able to speak with a British Call centre who were able to negotiate, now I am lucky if I can get through... this is a business website and I am very annoyed and will take my business elsewhere but I just know that this will probably throw up problems looking at other forums on MrSites transferring ability
