Received great service from the chat feature on Mr Site in regards to transferring Mr Site Email to outlook. I had trouble finding the information online which i think could be improved but very impressed with the people is spoke to.

The online chat facility with Mr Site is great and very helpful. Quick, easy to use and informative! Athanas in particular was friendly, helpful and resolved the issues I had. Despite me moving on from Mr Site now - my time and experiences here have been A+

I am one of the "older" generation, and often struggle with technology. I was thrilled with myself when I managed to build my website many years ago with Mr. Site Web in a Box. Since then I have had excellent advice and help, and especially this week from Athenas, who has been very patient with me and reminded me of how to edit and add photographs to my pages. The trouble is that I sometimes forget fundamental things about editing, and it is nice to be treated with kindness and patience.

Had some difficulties with my domain name and used Mr. Site's online chat, spoke with a very nice chap Stefan Velikov, who has been soooo helpful and so patient and we finally got to the bottom of it. Thank you very much.

Support staff are always very helpful and respond quickly - nearly always solving any issues or answering any questions.
There are a couple of area with their shop which need further refinement - but I'm sure they are working on that.
The tools for creating and changing your site work really well and the changes are propogated really quickly to the live site.

I've been with Mr Site for a number of years now and the majority of the time they have been great. Even though I haven't been very active on my website the building services are great and the customer service are always friendly/happy to help. However be aware that you may be automatically charged for a renewal with no confirmation from yourself as I found out today, not only that I was charged double the amount I paid for the first year! After initially being told it could not be refunded with the help of 'Mihaela' and her manager over the live chat system it was worked out and they are issuing the refund so just be aware of this if you sign up! Other than that, great services and good value.

i would certainly recommend Mr Site - which I already have to many freinds. I have received nothing but help from them in creating my website from all the Team and especially Athanas. I always felt I was being listened to and helped with great patience and kindness.

Great treatment on the phone when it came to sorting out a technical issue, but hard to communicate online as the live chat was not online. However the chap I spoke to Athanas was very helpful. Have used Mr Site for 6 years and we rarely have issues.

Tech support Athanas helped me greatly, sorted out my webmail troubles as i was having issues sending e-mails through my phone app.
Now its working great and it was all thanks to them.
