Great place would highly recommend
My hubby and i have been coming here fir 3 years now since moving to the area. The ease of booking on line is great, you see the cost instantly, and because you pay on the day, if you book early you have time to put some pennies aside for it. All the guys are very polite and chatty from drop off to pick up and the friendly call inbetween to say all is done, this place is always busy which is a very good sign, I would definitely recommend 100%.

Thankyou for sending me the opportunity to feed back!! Just fitted my drivers side tyre, and left the spare just BUNGED in the boot when it should have been fitted back in place underneath the car. Upon phoning Danny responded with “ I dunno , I didn’t so it, bring it back” NO apology. Just sounded like the he had just rolled out of bed! Manager then rang to apologise that he hadn’t took the call as he “ was on the toilet” genuinely couldn’t make this up. Nice one fellas. Get back to your tea

Dear Mrs Bridgewater,
Further to your recent visit to our Cannock depot we would like to apologise, unfortunately when our technician carried out the tyre replacement he put the spare back in the boot and not in the correct spare wheel location.
As all our calls are recorded for training purposes I have listened to both calls made regarding this issue, you are certainly entitled to your opinion of the call handling. Unfortunately when you phoned our manager was unavailable so another staff member answered the call and didn't know anything about the job. He did however, ask you to bring it back down and they would sort it all out then including an apology.
When our manager became available he rang you straight back, apologised for the issue and was trying to be honest.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I had a lot of anxiety prior to my MOT & he was quick to reassure me either way that it could be sorted. After the MOT unfortunately failed, he was quick to book me in for my repair & even gave me the price then and there so I had nothing else to worry about.
The whole staff are brilliant!
