Fast repairs and refreshingly honest service
Following a failed MOT, I took my car to Mr Tyres on Mansfield Road and had a very positive experience. The repair was carried out quickly, and the staff were both competent and friendly.
As this branch does not carry out MOTs themselves, they arranged for my car to be taken to an MOT centre, followed it there, and then brought it back to their workshop, from where I collected it. This made the whole process very straightforward and stress-free.
When I dropped off the car, I was given a repair quotation, with the clear explanation that the price could increase if any additional faults were found. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised to be told that one of the repairs was not necessary, which reduced the final cost by around 40% compared to the original quote.
I am very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend this garage. Special thanks to the manager, Dean, for his professionalism and excellent customer care.
