A brilliant place to go to for a MOT.
They MOT'd my car yesterday and it failed on handbrake. My car is due to go back to them on this Saturday to fix. Considering that it is Christmas and the New Year period, I am happy that they booked me in to carry out repairs in such a short space of time.

Reception staff were very polite and engaging. I was offered a drink multiple times whilst waiting for my tyre. Although they changed the wrong tyre, they rectified it really quickly.

Visited your Lichfield branch for car…
Visited your Lichfield branch for car mot it needed an indicator bulb not a common bulb which they ordered immediately to be delivered asap this was fitted and job completed with new mot . Staff were courteous and helpful would happily recommend this branch.

Fantastic service from Mr Tyre in Lichfield! I booked online the night before after noticing my tyre had a puncture, appointments available first thing the next day and a very reasonable price. Staff were so friendly and the job was done quickly.

I left my car at 11 am for an oil and…
I left my car at 11 am for an oil and filter change . My appointment was for 11.30. I received a text at 12 to say my car was ready. As I was expecting a phone call and not a text I didn’t actually look at my phone until 1pm . It’s a shame as I could have been back home by 12.30 but I had a nice look round the shops and did some Christmas shopping. Very quick and efficient service!
