See on time and work completed on time. No complaints. I have used this company (Lincoln branch) quite a few times and have always received the same courteous reception. They also accept blue light card discount. Which brings an already competitive price even cheaper.

Great customer service from Karl and team
I had my mot and service (and requested extra bits like spark plugs, cleaning throttle body) done at the Mr Tyre Lincoln branch and I was not disappointed at all! Karl and his team politely welcomed me with a smile. Good communication between the garage and myself as the customer.
I had to re-visit the branch to get the steering looked at again but Karl was friendly and easy to talk to, he understood my situation and got it sorted promptly with no extra cost. The issue was resolved with no fuss, great customer service from Karl.
It is situated in a prime location with plenty of parking, easy to get to. Straightforward booking system, with helpful text reminders. I would recommend Mr Tyre Lincoln due to their excellent customer service and straightforward process - Thank you to Karl and team!
