Efficient no fuss experience
Easy to choose, ordered 2 tyres and picked fitting date and time on the website. Prices were competitive and payment is on fitting which is great. Email and text confirmation received straight away.
Whilst there is lots of parking it was very busy and had to double park. I was served promptly and had 2 tyres fitted at the time I had chosen. The spare and tools were all put back in their place.

Great service as ever.
I arrived early for my 10.00am appointment, and they got me in almost immediately for my tyres. They were fitted in no time, and feel perfect, so excellent service. Thanks to Alfie Wheeler for a job well done.

Had the usual excellent service.
Just had two family cars serviced at Mr. Tyre Redditch and got the usual excellent experience.
Efficient and competent staff with competitive pricing makes us return there for all things car-related.
Importantly, unnecessary work is never suggested.
Only thing missing is a drinks machine.

Painless experience at Mr Tyre
Ordered 4 tyres online with a rating of C B 70. Received an email stating they were unable to get the brand of tyre I ordered, but would supply an alternative. I phoned to ask what the alternative was and was told they would be Kustone with the same rating. Tyres were fitted without problem and it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed they were actually Wanli tyres rated B C 72 - in theory not as good in the wet. However, I’m not sure how reliable and accurate tyre ratings are, so only time will tell.
Otherwise, the experience was painless, and staff were pleasant enough. Would be happy to use again.

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The booking system was easy to use. From the time I got to the garage to change 2 front tyres to when I walked out after completion and paying was approximately 20 minutes.

Good and efficient service
I have used Mr Tyre for a number of years now. They are a local and convenient garage to me. The service is good and efficient. Although not the cheapest they are not the expensive either. The staff are friendly.
