Been here multiple times for issues with my car (I'm sure they must get sick of my name popping up for tyre checks!) Anyways, prices are decent, they don't try and rip you off like other places. They've managed to fit me in for appointments last minute before which I really appreciate. Decided to try them for my MOT this month as a result and once again, done a great job - done quick, gave me pointers for my advisories to save a bit of money as I'm clueless about cars. Sofas in the reception area are comfy asf too. Can't fault them:)

Oil & filter change and helpful advice. Top quality professional service.
I needed an oil and filter change (Ford C-MAX 2008 2L Duratec HE) so I looked online for prices. Mr Tyre was the cheapest. I had used Mr Tyre 12 months ago for the last oil change and so had no hesitation in choosing MrTyre again. I had a couple of queries about other car issues so i popped to Mr Tyre, Redditch, and John booked me in at the time and day that suited me, John patiently ensured all of my questions were answered and, on the day of my appointment, performed the oil and filter change. I've now booked my car in for its MOT. A well managed business that does what you need doing...not what you dont need doing! Thank you John.

They do what they have to do
If you don't need help and can do everything via the website you're ok. If you need to speak to someone be prepared to wait for some time with no acknowledgement of your presence until the staff are ready and this is while they are all standing around a screen.
The job itself was all good except one tyre out of four was 4 psi up. I will check the wheel was torqued correct at work now though as I don't accept one tyre pressure incorrectly done as being trustworthy.
Good effort and good price.
Update, the pressure sensor was set off on way home and it's Friday. Great 😡

Good service
Arrived at the booked time and they were ready for me. Changed two rear tyres and carried out a front wheel alignment. Prices are reasonable, pleased with the service.
A free coffee would have been nice in the waiting area, at least the seats were comfy.

Excellent service as always had an appointment booked greeted by a very polite young man car was taken straight in tyre fitted car brought back out another young man sorted the invoice and payment. All round fantastic service as always by a great group of people.

Great service as always. And the fitter Adrian ( Redditch branch) was great.took my spare off and put it back under van. Which was fiddly. Thanks once again staff like Adrian make this place.
