Great from start to finish
Making my booking, from start to finish, was easy. Full choice of availability. Excellent pricing, with clear explanations so I could make an informed choice of my options. Reminder messages sent. Welcoming staff on arrival.
Message received when the work was completed. A small repair was identified and explained to me, which I booked in to be done. I was told that it wasn't an urgent issue, but would need to be done.

Booked the service online, this was very easy to do, which was pleasing.
Arrived at the allocated time. Work began on my car almost immediately.
Was told the service would take around 90 minutes. (Which it did).
Your staff were friendly and helpful throughout my time on site.

Had an MOT and service, dropped the car off and got a message later on saying it was ready to pick up, no problems at all and very reasonable pricing. Previously used for tyres too and they did those while I waited
