Honoured their Guarantee without Quibble
Bought well known brand of new battery for Fiesta with 3 year guarantee in September 2024, Mr Tyre being only place in Rugby that had one in stock. Battery went dead in cold weather in January 2026, and wouldn't charge from my charger though I managed to start the car with jump leads. Called Mr Tyre who said straight away that it sounded like the battery had a dead cell, and they would order me a new battery for the following morning, which they fitted without even testing the old battery. Good to know they honour their guarantees without quibble.

Fantastic team
I always try and use Mr Tyre where possible as I trust they aren't going to overcharge me and give me honest information regarding the vehicles issues. Have used the Rugby depo a few times now. Never had a bad experience here and they have always gone over and above when it comes to answering questions following a repair. Even if its just to out my mind at ease.
