Lost my tyres
Unfortunately service wasn't delivered as I was expecting it to be.I was told it takes a half an hour to have 2 tires changed. After half a hour of waiting I've asked how much longer I'll be waiting as I had another appointment to be at.I was told that the tyres which I ordered have been lost.Gentelman behind the desk said that they definitely have been delivered as he hound it on CCTV but they're not in shop.By then I was panicking I'm running late my tyres have been taken off and the Gent behind desk offered me more expensive ones instead I said they should be same price he said that he cannot do it.So I paid for more expensive ones and I'll definitely not going back there ever again.Thanks

We are sorry that your experience didn't meet either of our expectations. It's not quite accurate to say that we lost your tyres but it is true that the supplier didn't deliver the correct tyres, which didn't become apparent until we went to fit them. This is of course disappointing and for that we apologise.
Unfortunately, we didn't have an alternative budget range tyre to fit, with only mid and premium quality products in stock at the time. We did explain this and discounted the mid-quality product as strongly as we were able to. We explained this, and offered to rebook you in at a later date if you wanted to stick with the budget tyres, you chose to go ahead with the discounted mid-quality tyre.
Again, we are sorry that the booking didn't go as intended but I hope the above explanation adds some clarity to the circumstances.

I was very happy with the whole…
I was very happy with the whole process, the booking on line was easy and straightforward, the brach today were very freindly and welcoming I was 15 minutes early but got my car straight in for two tyres.
It was all completed in about an 30 minutes, I am very happy will use again.

Quick and easy…
I looked for tyres this morning after being messed around by another company, I found mr tyre had tyres available In my price range, booked my appointment for half 10, got there and they fitted my new tyres straight away. All done and dusted by 10:45.

Excellent service from start to finish…
Really good service on the phone when I made my initial enquiry.
The young woman was helpful and knowledgeable and when I arrived the fitters carried out the work in really good time and in a professional manner.
