Really easy transaction
Really easy transaction. Easy to book. Turned up at the centre just before scheduled time and staff knew I was coming. MOT done as expected. Pickup was easy.

Booked in car for tyre, turned up & operative took car straight in and changed tyre. He then checked all tyre pressures and inflated to same level, impressed. Manager Ben, polite & helpful, good job.

Wrong tyre.
Dropped off a wheel to have a new tyre fitted, agreed on brand and price of tyre to be fitted and left it with them. Returned later to find wrong tyre fitted, in a rush so had to accept it. On the plus side the staff were very polite and friendly.

Received an email from them prior to my appointment to inform me they were unable to get the tyres that I had requested, offered an upgrade replacement at no extra cost. Very friendly staff.
