Excellent professionalism.

Excellent professionalism.. Great service great engineers... we'll always go back really good prices... The only reason I haven't given a 5 star. Because when I paid cash, they didn't even have three pounds changed to give me... Than that perfect...

Fantastic Customer Care and Service

I had a tyre blowout in a pothole last night. At 08.30 today I called Tony at Mr Tyre and without hesitation he said "bring it in we have a tyre in stock". By 09.30 my tyre was fitted. My wife, daughter and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantatic, honest and reliable. Well done Tony

Great price and customer service

First of all, it was based on price. I needed new tyres for my MG4 and searched online. Mr Tyre offered the best price for the tyre I needed. Customer service was very good - several messages and an email confirming my appointment date, time and location. I also received a message offering me an upgrade at no cost to me. As the tyres I had ordered, wouldn't be available for my appointment. On the day, the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the fitters even dropping what he was doing to help me reverse out onto a busy road. Thanks guys. I'll be back!

Mr Tyres staff were genuinely friendly

Mr Tyres staff were genuinely friendly, professional and offered great advice. Their prices very competitive. Had 2 new tyres and wheel alignment. Whilst I waited for the work to be done, customers dropped in for work and they were repeat customers, it was like a "family" get together with all the banter and conversations. I will definitely use them agsin.
