Everything sorted on the day and car ready to pick up same day

On this occasion I was quite disappointed. Took my car for a suspension issue, was told by Mr Tyre that although there was a cluncking sound, he couldn't find an issue.
However when getting a second opinion from another garage, I was told that the stabiliser arm bushes had gone, and both needed to be replaced, which they did and the issue has now been resolved.
I feel that Mr Tyre had not done a thorough enough inspection when looking at my car.
I had high hopes for this garage, but do not think ill be using their services again, especially where mechanical issues arise.
Their service for MOT, TYRE REPLACEMENTS, and SERVICES, I thought were good. But after this experience it throws doubt on all they do.
Really quite disappointed

From the initial phone call with accompanying information concerning repair details and costs, immediate booking in for repair and completing the repair on the day was exceptional.

I had two tyres fitted quickly and very efficiently. Staff were very polite and courteous. Thank you.

Just popped in as a bulb had blown. It was not too much trouble and was done quickly even though they were very busy.

Although my first choice of tyres were unavailable Richard was very helpful in sorting replacements.
I took the car in at 12 as arranged and relaxed in the comfy reception area whilst the job was done. Richard was very friendly and professional.
All good.

The welded arm on the back box of my exhaust came away and was flapping about all over the place. I rushed into Mr Tyre late that afternoon. They ordered a new back box and centre pipe and fitted these the following morning at 10am. Did a super job and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended 10/10

I was dealt with swiftly, and pleasantly when requesting a quote for front brake discs and pads.
The same service was given when the work was carried out.

First time for MOT and service so was bit apprehensive, but they were brilliant will continue to use in the future.

Waited longer than anticipated,as the team were really busy, however the manager had the right words to make the long await worth the waiting. Wolverhampton mr tyre has always had that good vibes for me.

Polite and courteous staff, however possibly a bit too much Xmas fun being had. Don't blame them though, it's Xmas eve after all. 😀

Quick and easy to order tyres and book a slot. Had a slight query with the tyres, but they sorted it out straight away. Can't fault their customer service it was spot on.
