Totally mis-sold this cruise

Totally mis-sold this cruise, naively we thought we would see the Fjords due to the fact that that was what it was sold as , but after a few days of sailing we were then told by other guests , the boat is too big to go down them , if you wanted to see them, You then had to pay for an excursion ? No one from MSC told us that ! Lack of seating g , always having to look for seats , queues everywhere , not really a great first cruise and won’t probably be going with MSC again . Especially if they sell you something that isn’t actually what you do ! Now we have to go again to actually be able to see the Fjords !!!’

Better organisation and communication…

Better organisation and communication between flights and ship. Not charging for extras when all inclusive package purchased. ALL INCLUSIVE SHOULD MEAN NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN PURCHASES FROM THE SHOPS. Providing free shuttle buses and not having to walk far to get to them.

Msc are the best

Msc do everything to make sure your experience is a great one, ive done yacht club twice now and both times were exceptional. Cannot wait for the next one!

Great staff

The staff are all very pleasant, hardworking and so attentive. They are the highlights for my trip.

Food is lovely. My cabin is always cleaned on daily basis.

MSC Divinia

We had a wonderful cruise and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The ship was spotlessly clean throughout, and it was clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining such high standards. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. Every meal was a pleasure.
The staff were fantastic and really made the experience special. They were friendly, hardworking, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
The only negatives were not related to the cruise line itself but to some guests. At busy times, particularly around the buffet, some people would push and shove rather than queue patiently. There was also the usual issue of loungers around the pool being claimed for hours without being used, making it difficult for others to find somewhere to sit.
Overall, these minor issues didn't spoil what was an excellent cruise. We had a fantastic time and would happily sail again. Highly recommended!
