Very impressed! I have ordered three dresses, all beautiful and great quality. I had an issue where I accidently ordered the wrong size for one item, and the Sindra, from customer service that helped rectify this, was amazing! I will definitely order more and tell my friends

I made three separate orders with Msglamor, looking for different outfits for my sons wedding the quality of clothing was very good, I wasnt fussy with a top I received or a skirt out of the 5 items in one order not because of quality just felt it did not look good on me but with the help of Sindra, she offered me options to return and suggested I take 60% refund and keep the clothing to save me the hassle of returning which I did refund was very fast and response to any questions to other orders etc was also fast I was happy with both my orders and hope my third is the same.

When my chiffon dress with asymmetrical hemline arrived I was disappointed as it was just a bit tight. I contacted Msglamor to see if I could easily return it. I received a msg the next day and even though I was having issues with my email the persevered with me and arranged a replacement. The replacement dress arrived within two weeks and happy to say fits exactly as I like. Their customer service was fantastic and I am looking at other items for my cruise. I bought the dress and shrug and they are just what I wanted

I am genuinely surprised to see that there are people commenting that they actually received items. The company keeps telling me they sent the order but it was "confiscated" at my post office - twice now. I have been to the post office and talked to the people that handle this and they said it is not true. The company wants to refund money or send to a different address. I don't believe they have ever sent my order. I will come back here and amend my review if I ever get it, but for now I am just wary and waiting.

I ordered and received a dress with a jacket. The picture looked gorgeous. The actual garment was very nice but not quite as good as expected. The sizing isn’t for UK fittings it’s a tad small. So the dress didn’t fit but the jacket was too big, both were the same size, and the dress was far too long. I requested a refund and was given a choice of full refund subject photos of goods with labels intact, or a free exchange. I opted for the exchange and requested the dress to exchange. They were happy to do this and emails were prompt back and forth and I dealt with Donna. We’ve now agreed I can keep the first outfit and they are sending the exchange out to me. I have to say I’m very happy with the service received. I was happy with the quality and just hope this second dress fits well. The only part I didn’t like was there was no returns label with the goods so had to mess about emailing back and forth to get satisfaction but overall I’m happy with the outcome.

Their garments are well made with quality fabrics and construction. Their fabrics and styles are attractive and appealing to women of all ages.
The customer service is a stand out! Arlie and all of the customer service team I have dealt with have been amazing! They respond quickly and offer optional solutions for returns and exchanges. To me, return policies and customer service is crucial for the sale of online garments. I was given a free one-time opportunity to keep and item I wanted to exchange instead of sending it back. They really mean it when they say their goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy!

I needed a dress for a summer wedding and couldn't find locally. I was hesitant to purchase online but when researching, I discovered MS Glamor and the Reviews are good so I decided to take a chance. After placing my first order and seeing the quality of their products, I ordered more items. When I needed to make a change on my 2nd order, I emailed customer service and received an answer in less than 24 hours. Not once but three times! And... I was able to get Sindra every time! I am very impressed with the quality of the products and Customer Service! Sindra has been very helpful and quick to respond to my questions! I am looking forward to receiving my dress! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I received my order of completely unsatisfactory clothing. The “small” trousers measured 36” waist and were even too big for my 6 foot plus XL husband! They were a joke. The dress was completely wrongly sized also. Eventually they responded to me. Wanted me to take a discount on clothes and keep them which I obviously rejected. Then wanted photos of labels still in place which I did. And after all this are now rejecting my return as it’s over 30 days which it isn’t!!
So since writing the above and after numerous messages I have agreed on a 60% refund and keep the clothes (which are unfit for purpose so will go straight to the charity shop). The return would be at my own expense and to Singapore (unsure what that cost would be?). I could foresee they’d not acknowledge receipt of the goods and I’d be in a worse situation.
So this whole experience has cost me over £50 and a lot of hassle.
DO NOT GET TEMPTED BY THEIR FAKE PHOTOS!!

I purchased a dress from this company. It was a beautiful dress but needless to say it was too tight. I find the sizes are not true to size. I am trying to return my dress and have had multiple email conversations with their customer service. I’m finding it a pain to get my dress returned and obtain a refund. I had to send a picture of the dress with the label still on it before they would approve the return. Then I get an email saying it’s taken longer to get the return label prepared and sent to me. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to send me a label so I can return the item. I have now spent three separate days trying to return this item and still do not have a label to do so. This is very frustrating. I will not order from this company ever again.

Ms. Christine contacted me almost immediately. She gave me several choices on what I could do. Everything from a full replacement or a percentage off the orginial price. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company’s return process has been extremely disappointing.
What should have been a simple return turned into a time-consuming and unnecessarily complicated process. I was asked to justify my reasons for returning items and go back and forth confirming details, rather than being provided straightforward return instructions.
This approach feels unfair to customers and far from consumer-friendly. A return policy should be clear, efficient, and respectful of a customer’s time.
As a result of this experience, I have requested a full refund and will not be purchasing from this company again.
I strongly encourage the company to revisit its return procedures to better align with standard retail practices.
