I am having an appalling experience with MTC Game. I purchased a $10 PlayStation PSN Card via Tingg (Cellulant). It took an entire week of chasing them for them to even acknowledge the payment.
Now, my dashboard shows Order #47536311 as "Approved," but the CODE column is completely blank. They have officially taken my money and updated the status, but have failed to deliver the digital key I paid for.
I have sent screenshots showing the empty code field, yet support continues to take me in circles. This is completely unacceptable for a digital delivery service.
