Based on my opinion from yesterday, I stand by what I said yesterday. Besides being rude in their customer support, they don't issue refunds when the fault lies with the platform, which lacks any information regarding European region codes. I purchased a code for Colombia. I repeat, according to European law, the customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days, but their policies are above the laws of the European Union. They disrespect the customer by saying the fault lies with the customer. Logically, this is the last time they'll see a cent from me, and this is not a false complaint; it's genuine, and I can prove its authenticity.
Com base de a minha opinião de ontem mantenho aquilo que eu disse, ontem além de serem mal educados no apoio ao cliente, não fazem reembolsos quando a culpa é da plataforma, que não tem qualquer tipo de informação em relação ao códigos das regiões europeias comprei um código da Colômbia, volto a dizer seguindo a lei europeia o cliente tem o direito de pedir o o reembolso no período de 14 dias, mas as políticas deles estão em cima das leis da união europeias, faltam ao respeito ao cliente em dizer que a culpa é do cliente, como é lógico é a última vez que vêm um cêntimo meu, e isto não é uma reclamação falsa é bem verdadeira e eu posso provar autenticidade da mesma.

Fraudulent activity: Sold an already activated code (Order #47644083)
I purchased a PSN card from MTCGame, but the code was already activated by someone else. I contacted Sony Official Support, and they confirmed the code was redeemed BEFORE the time of my purchase. I have provided all screenshots to MTCGame support, but they are stalling and refusing to refund my money. This is a clear case of fraud. If I don't get a refund immediately, I will escalate this to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee and CİMER.
