The code didnt work within my region even tho i did contact sopport befor purching to make sure it would work. Didnt work and when i contacted them again they wouldent refund me and blamed it on google play.
So no refund and a code i cannot use.
And then they blocked me in support chat when i pointed out that there was an issue with the code and they should refund me for telling me it would work in my region

Not a happy customer, sending used codes
I’ve been a loyal customer of MTC Game for over two years, and what they’ve turned into is honestly unacceptable. Prices have skyrocketed by nearly 50% in just one month with zero justification — it feels like pure greed at this point.
Their customer service is even worse. It’s slow, robotic, and completely useless when you actually need help. I was sent a used code — which is completely unacceptable — and instead of fixing it immediately, they kept dragging things out with delays and generic responses.
This is not the same company I trusted before. The way they treat customers now is disgraceful. I’m done with MTC Game for good, and I will be warning my community and friends to stay away. Be very careful before spending your money here.
