Helpful support that stayed with me until everything worked
I had an issue making a payment because of my card limit, and I was worried the transaction might go through incorrectly. The support agent, April, stepped in right away and made sure the payment didn’t go through until everything was sorted.
After that, I retried the payment, and April stayed connected the whole time to guide me through it and make sure it went through successfully. Really appreciated the patience and support throughout the process. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
