So I purchased this product with 2 x free samples, however when I checked out it only checked out one, I did ring and ask and they initially said one was out of stock, then said it wasn’t and it was too late to amend the order? And I couldn’t have the second sample, pretty shoddy for a large company, customer service was atrocious at best , polite but not very helpful
