I've tried many different magsafe wallets and this is by far the best I've found. The magnet holds well, the non-slip on the back keeps the wallet from rotating unnecessarily like other wallets on the market. The quality of the material is really nice and wallet holds decent amount of cards. Customer service was also fantastic when I reached out to them. Highly recommend!

This is my second leather iPhone case purchase and both experiences were very positive. Decent pricing for a high quality products, shipping was on time, and no issues. Highly recommend.

This Mujjo case (black leather) is absolutely perfect. The quality is outstanding and delivery was super quick. This is my first product from this company and I can now see why all the positive reviews.
The buttons have a nice metallic click to them and the inside of the case is lined with a smooth-feeling material that protects the phone from scratches. I also like the fact that there is a bit of a lift on the case, which means that if you put your phone down face first it will not touch the screen. Even though I usually put my phone down with the screen facing upward, I believe this is a nice touch. Look forward to purchasing from these guys again.
I also look forward to the patina which is certain to form over time.

I accidentally ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max cover. I emailed the company and they said I could return. I followed the instructions and placed the return label from the parcel in the original packaging and sent back. That was over two weeks ago and still no refund? They have told me that they are unwilling to accept responsibility due to no tracking number provided?? I have returned the item and expect a full refund. Very poor customer service

Ordered some fairly expensive touchscreen gloves as a Christmas present, thinking they'd be decent with being a little bit dearer. They barely even work and to be honest, don't look great either. Tried to return them to find out that I can't as you only get 20 days to return and as they were a Christmas present I've had them a while. Bought myself some £4.99 ones off Groupon that work far better. AVOID!

Wrong item despatched, asked for replacement with correct item. Correct item not available, asked for refund. Refund portal not working as no order no. issued. Wrong order no. issued so portal would not work. Over a month later and no replacement and no refund despite incorrect item being returned to Mujjo.

Quote from Mujjo - "Looking through our records, we attempted multiple call backs with no luck, but our team did follow up by email. I'm sorry we were not able to connect by phone." This is a lie, there were no attempted call backs.

DHL delivery booked for today , surprise surprise it hasnt arrived ??
Tried contacting DHL and Mujji , couriers chatbot say its on its way today ( im off to bed !!) and Mujji no reply .

They have had £54 of my money and im disgusted with the way they do business and i just want my money back .

Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time ordering from this poor excuse for a company. Ordered a product and immediately cancelled the order via email. As their, ahem, 'customer service' centre is clearly outsourced to a generic one in a different time zone I didn't even get a reply until after the order was dispatched. Now they want to charge me £5.95 for a return? When they do bother to reply to my emails they don't even answer my questions and just copy/paste from a list of replies they've been told to write. Quite pathetic, which is also what I think of the actual product. Useless. Please avoid.

I purchased the iPhone 13 mini brown cover a few weeks back (it cost me nearly £40). I dropped my phone only once and the cover was of no use as the screen cover cracked. In addition, the case was damaged on the side. This was dropped a few inches from the ground. Sorry to say that the case is not fit for purpose. Really annoying as the case looked really premium but having dropped it and with the result, I regret buying this. I sent an email to Mujjo, only to receive a response stating Mujjo phone cases are designed with impact resistance and not guaranteed as a result of user negligence. I have no issue with negligence but really lost on what impact resistance Mujjo is referring to, when the phone was only dropped from a few inches of the ground. If you want your precious iPhone protected, pls look for another iPhone cover or protector. Mujjo really needs to review their source of leather used and their impact resistance testing.

I bought a full black leather case for iPhone 12 mini. The case has a perfect fit nice materials and seems premium. The support team (Gabrielle) was also very quick and accurate to reply my questions and resolve immediately a minor issue with the shipment even though it was an issue from my side. Thank you again

Just received delivery. The case is very good, it fits well with a minimalist feel. It looks great and feels great to hold and definitely a quality product. Looking forward to it aging with grace. The reason for 4 stars is because the delivery is quite slow to Australia/New Zealand, and I’m a bit impatient, especially when there is no tracking once the package leaves the last Euro airport. Also, the website says 10-20 business days for standard Post which was acceptable but actually the invoice then said 30-50 business days which was a drag. Anyway it finally arrived after 37 business days and it was worth the wait! In my opinion. Just factor in the delivery time in to your experience and it will be all good 😉

The original phone case I ordered was out of stock after I had already placed my order. Although upset about not being to get the original case I wanted, customer service promptly reached out and replaced my case with a similar one, although in a different color. I paid for expedited shipping but my package was held up in customs. Customer service was again prompt and followed up with FedEx and communicated with me about the delay. Mujjo refunded me what I paid for expedited shipping due to this issue with FedEx which was much appreciated! My phone case is great. I give 4 stars because I wish the original case I wanted that was out of stock was not an option that was available to purchase

The customer service is phenomenal. Immediate, constructive and helpful replies. The products are of high quality and long lasting.

Ordered the wrong phone case + gloves. Quality didn’t seem as described so decided to send them back as they offered a full refund. I sent back both products having to pay on top for postage and still have not had a refund. It’s been over a month since I sent them back to them so I guess I’ll never see my money back… I’d be cautious if you decide to order from Mujjo.

Outstanding customer service. Ordered a product for Christmas and sadly didn’t fit, the process for returning was simple and communication was brilliant when issues with supply chain/parcels not arriving on schedule arose. I would highly recommend both the products from Mujio and the customer service they offer.
