Great products and customer service! I had an issue with my order and the customer representative took care of it. I will definitely check them out next time I’m in the market for a nice case.

Products are awesome, The very best of quality and so hard waring. Just a shame the phone will ware out before the case.

A bit of an issue with shipping on this occasion so slightly delayed but the customer support and care was fantastic.

Ive been buying from Mujjo for a few years; mostly iPhone cases. Few questions here are there, with great responses. Solid service.I decoded to buy an iPhone mini 6 case, and frankly, was not thrielled with the fit. I contacted Mujjo and they said "ship it back", but after thinking about it, they responded "that would be a waste of resources", shipping a package from US back to the Netherlands. Great call. I applaud their service and their "green" mentality. Thank for for the wonderful support.

I have been a Mujjo case / laptop sleeve / gloves customer for 8 years or so; they have outstanding quality, design and customer service.

I will continue to buy from them, even though they feel like they’re on the other side of the world.

Design and quality are excellent.

Ordered a few times and the material and workmanship is great. Pictures on the web are in great quality and no surprises on how it looks in real live. As expected and NO fake presentation.
Both, my MacBook sleeve and gloves, are still in good shape and work wonders, after 5 and 3+ years.
Really happy and just ordered my new iPhone 13 Pro Max case :)

My package was stolen upon delivery so I reached out to the customer service team to file a claim. The team quickly sent a replacement and ensured that the package was delivered to a secure place at my house. I received the replacement within a couple of days of reaching out to customer service. They were extremely helpful in a situation where they were not the ones at fault!!!

The products are really nice. I have had an Apple leather case for my iPhone 7 which lasted for ~3-4 months and then I purchased a Mujjo for my XR which lasted (and protected the phone) for almost 3 years. I know purchased again the same brand for my iPhone 13. Regarding customer care: I needed a refund (I initially order from the mujjo website but found the product I was looking for in Greece where I live, so purchased it from here). The team (Gabrielle) was quick and efficient to reply and refund the purchase. All in all great product and service!

I was not happy with the wear on the leather case so I got in touch with mujjo and they helpt me really quik and profesional! They sent me a new case. Thank you Gabriella!

I purchased a pair of the Mujjo leather touchscreen gloves and was overall impressed by the comfort and fit. The quality of the leather was also good.

I unfortunately ended up with a defective pair regarding the touch screen support, however Gabrielle from Mujjo customer support was extremely helpful and organised a new pair to be sent out to me at no extra cost

Would have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for the defective pair!

I do miss the previous design however with the wrist flap and magnet.

The best case I've ever had!
The feeling in your hand is impressive, it feels like it comes with the phone.
The support was amazing with an initial issue I had, they solved it quickly.
I like the fact that the design is FLAT for the iPhone 12 Pro and the camera is anyway protected without having a bump on the back.
Recommended to everyone!

Made of very elegant and quality material. I really like the feel of the skin I just recommend it to everyone. It fits perfectly on my Apple 11 phone. I love it! Anyone who can try it will not be disappointed and will never want to take it off their phone! ✌️✌️✌️

Placed an order and saw the product was stuck with vendor for a month. Contacted customer service and they were super friendly. Received my product a week afterwards, the girl who replied my query actually contacted me to check if I actually received it. Very happy with the phone case as well.

Well, I don’t know how can I start this review…
I ordered a case for my Iphone, and after 2 month I have some durability problems. I picked the contact with someone, and changed my case for free. It was not a big suprice in a view of the condition of my case.
BUT! I have never meet a nice, helpful and cute administrator as Gabrielle at Mujjo co.
I sent my mails and in few hours I got the feedback! The feeling what I got was so great! I won’t be angry not for a minute because of my case…I can not discribe the atmosphere of the communication by email… it was simply perfect!
Since then I got my case.
