Customer service and perscriptions
Have been with them some time with no issues, until It came to them getting my dogs repeat percriptions correct to buy my pets meds online as its far cheaper. Not only have they wrote them out wrong 3 times they charged me for the 2nd lot I had to ask for. It was very stressful experience as the lady in charge that day was arguing with me and I ended up having to pay for 1 of them to get my dogs medication. I even had pet drugs online ring them to send the correct prescription! It's sad as tbeen with them years the other vet staff seem nice. But I have not been argued with for something that is obviously their mistake! I'm still waiting for a refund on one of the prescriptions I was bullied into paying.
